β¨π REFLECTIONS FOR 2021 PART 2/2 πβ¨ As I think about what Iβve done in the past year, I canβt help of think of some of the accomplishments that Iβm most proud of that have taken me almost a decade to accomplish. Sometimes perseverance is about try, try, and trying again. β¨ Accomplishments from the past year. β¨ For each month of 2021: π 10. Oct: Mushroom Identification - Blewit and Shaggy Mane. Finding these two was the highlight of my foraging this Autumn season. Tasty with butter in the pan. π 11. Nov: Indoor Basil Plant & Creating a Cozy Home. I didnβt let the Basil plant die this year and brought it indoors. Been learning how to care for and nurture and indoor edible plant. Frustrating with the gnats but got rid of them. Iβm a plant mum now! π 12. Dec: Food & Health - Eggs, Gummies, and Truffles. Sticking to homemade foods and finding treat substitutes that will take care of those cravings. β¨ What are you reflecting on from the past year? π¬ Leave a comment below! π π Like this post if you liked it. π π« Share this post if you loved it. β€οΈ π Follow for more good vibes! β¨ π Check out the link in the bio for more goodies! ππ #part2 #2021 #goodbye2021 #byebye2021 #endof2021 #yearend2021 #mylchee #reflection #reflections #2021reflections #yearendreflection #yearend #endoftheyear #lastdaysoftheyear #yearendreview #endoftheyearreview #ayeargoneby #yearending (at Pickering, Ontario) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYJ-p1ZLh86/?utm_medium=tumblr

β¨π REFLECTIONS FOR 2021 PART 2/2 πβ¨ I started this account with the intention to figure out and track what foods were triggering my eczema and even in early 2021, that was still a mystery but after some more time being able to focus more on myself and figuring out the food part, the end of 2021 has been WONDERFUL. Even in the last week, Iβve been able to make headways with my habit of tracking my foods in the @myfitnesspal app and dial in my lifestyle and food choices. I FINALLY have the tools and systems in place to support myself and for me to help myself! Itβs been literally 10 years in the making! There were also a lot of new recipes that we tried and new discoveries that were all in the stories but Iβll spend some time to post them all eventually! Looking forward to what headway I can make in 2022 and what that will bring! β¨ Themes from the past year. β¨ For each month of 2021: π 10. Oct - Waffles, PSL Sauce, Apple Pie Filling, Mushroom Hunting π 11. Nov - Beef & Avocadoes π 12. Dec - QPies, Gummies, Fat Lattes, Truffle Fat Bombs, Salami Rose β¨ What are you reflecting on this year? π¬ Leave a comment below! π π Like this post if you liked it. π π« Share this post if you loved it. β€οΈ π Follow for food inspiration, kitchen tips, and recipes! β¨ π Check out the link in the bio for more goodies! ππ #part1 #part2 #2021 #goodbye2021 #byebye2021 #endof2021 #yearend2021 #fitfoodiefeast #reflection #reflections #2021reflections #yearendreflection #yearend #endoftheyear #lastdaysoftheyear #yearendreview #endoftheyearreview #ayeargoneby #yearending (at Pickering, Ontario) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYHyJxmLip3/?utm_medium=tumblr

Sometimes perseverance is about try, try, and trying again. β¨ Accomplishments from the past year. β¨ For each month of 2021: π 1. Jan: Struggled Through a Bad Wintry Eczema Flare Up. My struggles continue today but I know Iβll have a definitive list of must-eat and must-not eat in 2022. Left: Last Winter, Right: Now. π 2. Feb: Air Fryer - Meal Game Changer! This machine is a must-have. This has completely changed how we make food and how it makes is so much EASIER. π 3. Mar: More Outdoor Walks. Started to emerge from the winter hibernation and got outside more. π 4. Apr: Passed my PMP Exam! Finally! Only took me over a decade. Life will throw you endless distractions but keep weathering through them. π 5. May: Health - Started My 100 day Outside Meditation & Yoga Challenge. This was so beneficial for my physical and mental fortitude! Repeat for 2022! π 6. Jun: Exploring the Outdoors. Great time to explore the surrounding nature and trails in our area. The sounds of nature are just so amazing to listen to! π 7. Jul: Smoker Grilled Foods & Paper-Free. Cooked up some super delicious meals! Going paper-free and digitizing all of my old journals, paperwork, and creating a paper-free system. π 8. Aug: Build Ongoing Support for Mum. This was the most important change for me this year. π 9. Sep: Fence Photos & Videos for @whytecastlcc as they built our neighbour group of fences. Itβs been and continues to be a great pleasure working with them! β¨ What are you reflecting on from the past year? π¬ Leave a comment below! π π Like this post if you liked it. π π« Share this post if you loved it. β€οΈ π Follow for more good vibes! β¨ π Check out the link in the bio for more goodies! ππ #part1 #2021 #goodbye2021 #byebye2021 #endof2021 #yearend2021 #mylchee #reflection #reflections #2021reflections #yearendreflection #yearend #endoftheyear #lastdaysoftheyear #yearendreview #endoftheyearreview #ayeargoneby #yearending (at Pickering, Ontario) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYJ-I2trioq/?utm_medium=tumblr
