night in the wooooooods! oh man it sure was something! to be honest i don't even know what i was expecting, i feel like the writing was absolutely brilliant in being ambiguous in a way that made any interpretation seem plausible until the very end, and then! the reveal! murdercult! well, can't say it was on my list. the black goat! this, on the other hand, i was genuinely hoping would be a thing. it both makes some sense and create more confusion! oh, and casey ):

About this scene and how he acts like he didn’t see it and he kept going, got all of us in shook and some of y’all started hating on seongho on twitter and “canceled” him. I think this “canceling” culture should be canceled asap.

1) we all actually are obsessed with this manhua bcs of the realistic senario and perfect face expressions, and ofc the art .i really believe all of you get different vibe from this manhua than other stories. It’s realistic, it’s bitter and sweet, we can relate it to life afterall. Characters have very strong personalities. Even servants and side story characters. You know what i mean right?

2)so by now we all agree that characters have good and bad habits and manners, is it gonna change? Yes we all agree that nakyum and seongho are actually changing, still, seongho is smart and kinda violent and nakyum is kind of soft hearted and somehow has low self steem.

3) yes ofc seongho admitted that he actually loves nakyum in a different way and really wanted him to know that he’s a wreck for him. This was the biggest progress in this manhua. And i hope you can put yourself in his place. A noble falling in love with a lowborn and after all he did to nakyum, he admitted he likes him.so logically he really needs an answer, a yes or a no. “I love you too” or “i hate you so much that i rather die”. So rn seongho was smart bout his feelings and knows that he loves nakyum. Instead according to earlier chapters, nakyum had heartbrats and blush whenever he saw seongho and sometimes he was the one coming to him. He actually heard seongho confessions and still couldn’t say he loves him back. I mean yes ofc we understand. Seongho was violent and mean to him and harassed him so manu times, i would doubt myself too if i fell for him.

4)so we were waiting for nakyum’s answer and what he would come to after thinking bout seonghos acts but assassin ruined everything and kidnapped nakyum, even there in that stables nayum was calling for seungho but thought about inhun. A paradoxical scene that confused all of us, we all thought that inhun was gone for good and nakyum actually started to forget him.

5)since byeonduck didn’t widely show seonghos expression and react on nakyum’s absence we don’t know what he was into and how he was, yet we all know how fucked up he was even in nakyum’s presence and how confused he was afterall. So imagine after all confessions after a love making that night, (which y’all know how soft he was UWU) nakyum was gone in that horrible snowy night, so if we take a trip to seongho’s brain, he came to the conclusion that nakyum ditched him after he said he likes him and hated him to the state that he could run away no matter what the weather was and how hard could it be to scape. And he definitely did think of all he said to him and how he confessed and felt like a clown. A total fool that couldn’t see that nakyum doesn’t have feelings for him.

6) and now nakyum is back and he is too afraid to confess that he was kindapped ( well I’m sorry i blame nakyum’s stupidity rn TT). So imagine seongho seeing him crying like a baby after ditching him that night and acts innocent. I would be furious even tho i missed him. So I don’t blame seongho this far. He had rights to know. He had rights to know nakyum’s feelings for himself

7) ok this friday we saw he raped nakyum furiously and couldn’t stop . even tho he saw injruis and rope bruises. Hell yea he had rights to be so much mad but why didn’t he stop ? Seongho you saw bruises you know someone else than you did this to nakyum! Aren’t you curious? Don’t you feel pity for him? You not gonna ask nakyum?

8) as i said these characters have strong personalities it won’t be changed over a night. Seongho still is a heartbroken angry man who thinks nakyum hates him. But rn he’s in heat and found nakyum after days so his lust came back even tho he was angry and ignorant at firts. He did this to nakyum (it was so wrong afterall even if nakyum scaped) BUT i would blame nakyum stupidy . He literally could scream that he was kidnapped he could show bruises but all he said was stop,(which he say it all the time so it wasn’t shocking seongho)

⮕ ) we saw mr kim leaving for evidence. He knew something is not right. He came back to that doctor’s office i am not pretty sure why did he came back there could it be some evidence? He is gonna talk about what the doctor said to nakyum the other day that bothered him so much so he decided to scape? Well the doctor know that nakyum asked about seongho’s past and didn’t feel weird or scared afterall. That could be a great evidence but nakyum should speak in next chapter . Or atleast seongho should ask him bout the bruises. Well his pride might not let him ask directly so nakyum would think seongho is still wreck of me. But he was too smart to recognize jihwa’s handwriting. smart enough to let sir inhun stay in his mansion So he could get what he wanted. So even if he doesn’t ask anything he already came to conclusion after all the drama w jihwa that He did this to nakyum. So he will go for jihwa and he will catch him with assassin. I hope they fight. Someone gonna die next chapter i feel it.
