OPEN TO: any muse 25 + ! MUSE: calliope "callie" alder. witch. CONCEPT: callie's twin brother casted a spell where the price was his soul, but he didn't take into consideration that his twin would have to pay the price.

"If I'm so selfish, and I only think about me— then so be it," Calliope protested through gritted teeth, her breath barely able to escape the cage she created from polished bone. What was easily mistaken for her petulant eagerness, she claimed the opportunity to dispute as though to distract her from the chant she knew she couldn't swallow— as though she could talk herself out of it. This was the one time she had a choice, no book to follow except to see this spell to the end. If her brother hadn't given her consideration, why should she? "He didn't care when he gave up his soul to have the power of a witch, so I can't give him the same regard to keep my own," She hissed, a once welcoming caress tugging at the crown of her ally. "He should have known his wouldn't enough— do you know what happens when two children are born? The soul is cut in half. The only way he meets his end of the bargain is if he gives me up."
