WORK WITH ME- YOON JEONGHAN

tension ran high through the house me and jeonghan recently brought as a staple that we were together, and would be until the end of time

but as of now, the anger dispersed between the two of us had us glaring at each other while not letting the other speak, i tried to let jeonghan speak his mind, but then i nipped it in the bud, the moment he spoke nonsense

jeonghan on the other hand wouldn’t let me get a word in at all from the start, so were we really arguing? or was my boyfriend yelling at me for something absolutely stupid

i sighed as i propped my legs up on the couch due to jeonghan still rambling on about me and i sighed

“if im such a bother then i’ll just fucking leave jeonghan that’s all you had to say”

i looked up at jeonghan and realized my words didn’t even get through to him because of how stubborn he was not to hear me

“okay”

i stood up off the couch and motioned my way towards the key rack that held the keys of my car and decided to stay at the dorms since they still have some of my clothes

“walk out and we’re done”

i stopped and closed the door but not before deeply inhaling and glaring at jeonghan due to him starting up another rant about me

i took a deep breath and didn’t even notice that i was getting more and more upset as he went on

“jeonghan why are you even mad at me? what did i even do?”

i chewed on my bottom lip and a tear slipped and touched my palm, more falling after that one and choked back a sob

“i asked you to do something five hours ago and i come home and nothing is done”

“well if you checked your phone you would’ve saw my text”

i sniffled and told jeonghan i would cancel my own schedule in the morning and only then did he hear my sobs

“y/n com-”

i raised my hand in the air and shook my head as i made my way to the bathroom to wash my face

“i’m tired jeonghan, im crying already, please stop, i’m tired of this argument that wouldn’t have happened if you just checked your phone”

and for the first time that night jeonghan shut up

an hour passed and he still heard the sniffles of his partner and sighed knowing that he was the cause, because y/n did in fact text him

he sighed as he went to apologize and communicate with y/n because this argument was in fact on him this time

“y/n baby i’m sorry”

at the call of my name i looked up at jeonghan and nodded

“i’m sorry y/n and being honest”

jeonghan seemed to trail off as he thought of what to say next and that indicated to me that this was from his heart and not crap he came up with

synopsis: jeonghan and y/n were forced to make dinner with one another for a class project, but it goes just as you would expect. terribly

WHEN GODMOTHER GOODWIN GAVE THE list of the pairs for the rest of the semester, she must’ve placed me with jeonghan to spite me for finding out her long hair was a wig

there was 35 students not including me nor the devil incarnate, but somehow i just had to end up with him, i would’ve chose anyone over him, and i mean anyone

i even fairy godmother goodwin why she placed us together and she shrugged before telling me she thought we’d work nicely together because our backgrounds were similar

yeah it did make sense that way due to the fact, my mother literally lives underwater and bitch boys mom is the princess ariel (surprising to me because he looks absolutely repulsing with red hair that makes him look more like his mother)

he definitely got his looks and personality from his dad, because his mom is sweetest and one of the most beautiful women i have ever met

but back to my current situation with arguing with the bitch boy over what dish we should be making

he wanted to make fish tacos, while i wanted to make a more uncommon dish that had to deal with salmon, but fish boy had to be the most difficult prick on earth

“listen here fishy, we’re making salmon” at the call of my insult the male scoffed and folded his arms while frowning “well listen here bitchy, we are making tacos”

i rolled my eyes at the stubbornness and wafted my hand to indicate that i was done with him “i am telling you as your swim captain, we are not making tacos, we are making salmon”

jeonghan’s eye twitched at the call of me being the swim team captain because i may or may not’ve stole the position from him when i first transferred and knocked him down to being a vice captain

well, he should’ve gotten better, not my fault

“fine, we’ll make the salmon, but you’re going it on you’re own” i rolled my eyes and flipped my middle finger at the male without replying, this class was gonna make me look 50 before i got to 25

and after an hour of prepping the food, and not speaking a word to each other, fairy godmother goodwin appeared and smirked

“hey water lovers, how are we holding up?” “i’m miserable” “hell” i rolled my eyes because there is no way in hell that HE was the miserable one when i literally have to look at him

“eh, also, please tie up yoon’s hair y/n, he can’t do it since hes cutting up the potato’s, please and thank you”

“oh hell no don’t touch me nor my hair” “i don’t want to even look at you, fuck you think i want to touch you for idiot”

jeonghan rolled his eyes and i smirked before swiftly placing his hair in a fairly messy ponytail, that was albeit rushed, but did the job

“what the fuck” “goodwin’s orders now shut the ever loving fuck up” jeonghan scoffed and mumbled something that involved my name so i frowned and told him to say it again

“i said you don’t even know you touched the oven rack barehanded, it’s probably because you are the fucking devil”

“me? the devil? sweetie, you’re no angel either but hurry up and chop those potatoes before i chop up your body fishy”

at the call of me indirectly threatening him with murder he cursed causing me to roll my eyes at the childishness of the male

we began to bicker again and only stopped when the smell of burning and the fire alarm came on

due to the school not wanting fire damage, the automatic water sprinklers turned on and lucky me, me and jeonghan’s spot was directly under one

oh how i HATED jeonghan more than ever now
