Sweet Sunday’s call for Sprinkles of course! This is my homemade, gluten free version of the Tim Horton’s Cadbury Mini Easter Egg Doughnut and they turned out amazing 🐰 I did a regular vanilla cake doughnut batter ~ substituting Cloud 9 Specialty Bakery’s All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Mix for the flour. As cake doughnuts are heavier than traditional yeast and flour doughnuts ~ there is very little difference in texture to a regular cake doughnut 🍩 This recipe is baked and not fried as well. They were easy to prepare and so festively fun to decorate with a little icing, coconut, sprinkles and mini eggs. Beauty in the baking today 💕 Enjoy a sweet Sunday and Happy Easter!
