Best truck shop for frame extension and truck conversion in Edinburg and all of South Texas !!!

This Peterbilt truck owned by one of our customers, Mr Anthony Mclean came into our truck shop for a frame extension and Conversion into a show truck. Anthony wanted to get the frame of his peterbilt truck stretched, so that he can attach a flatbed to his truck and haul heavy machinery all across America. A frame extension is needed, when you need to add a specialty bed to your truck like in flatbed trucks, dumptrucks, dry vans and water tanks.

Not only can this truck be used as a heavy hauler to transport heavy equipment, it also turns heads when it rides on the highways of America and participates in Truck shows.

Some truck owners like to stretch the chassis of their truck just for looks however many upgrade their truck for a special purpose like hauling certain types of freight such as steel beams, trusses, and poles.

During the frame extension, Anthony brought us these custom fenders and T light bar. We fabricated custom brackets, bolted it all up to make sure it fit perfectly. After this we painted fenders and light bar red to match the chassis. We also installed a red fiberglass inside.

We customize commercial trucks into dump trucks, water trucks, crane trucks, and flatbed trucks. In more than fifty percent of the cases in which truck drivers opt for a frame extension on their truck, the objective is to enhance the abilities of the truck and make it a specialty truck.

We do an average about 250 frame extensions a year. We take great pride in our frame extensions.We have made frames longer and shorter to modify for custom beds for the past 30 years now.
