#you know #I was thinking things were going better lately #I was gonna sit with them and read or draw instead of hiking quite so much #after that outburst and all the attitude I’m getting now? #congrats! I’m hiking the entire time we’re there! 🙃 #y’all can use your big boy words next time instead of yelling #and it wasn’t even me it was something my husband did that they’re mad about #but idk why I guess it’s a boomer thing- they can never talk to him about it only yell at me #which is fucking wild #I’m not the one who did the thing I’m not sure why you think yelling at me is going to fix it #actually I’m not sure why they think yelling is going to fix it at all #I’m so fucking done #we need to get out of here #soon I hope #in other good news we’re going to the local old fashion movie theatre tonight to finally see the dnd movie #so I literally ain’t gonna be around which is good cause I’m fucking pissed at them now #hike all day come home and shower and then off to eat + movie #gonna try to spend as little time as possible around them now #every goddamn time I think things are getting better and aren’t so bad and all that #they pull some stupid shit like this #you’d think after 32 years of this I’d know not to get my hopes up #my husband’s relationship with his parents drastically improved after he moved out #hoping it’s the same with mine #but we’re at least a year away from moving out still #shit fucking sucks
