godburs favorite holiday is Christmas. he never associates it with the christian faith, or anything of the like. if anything, he just sees it as a reason to spoil his partner and heal the broken bits that you keep hidden inside.

snow days in his garden (dude, he can control the weather in his realm, it's so fun), cookie baking days, board game nights, Christmas movies, nighttime cuddles, Christmas decorating and various other activities. (add him reading you books/stories while you fall asleep on his chest<3)

his favorite part is when he gets to watch your excited face on Christmas morning while you gift him all the things you've collected, and then when you open yours from him (that's actually his favorite, favorite part. who'd turn down that?)

Headcanon: Connor's search for a cure to his werewolfness

Connor's spent decades looking for a cure, or a way to lift the curse on himself and Faolan,  but he hasn't yet found one. There are a few that he knows of, but all most all of them would mean his death, one way or another.

Headcanon: Connor's hallucinations

Connor believes he sees his deceased wife, Moira, occasionally, but the hallucinations are more prominent when he drinks.

In truth, Moira's keeping watch over him and their daughter, sometimes forgetting to keep herself hidden.

Headcanon: Connor had a drinking problem

After the fire, Connor started drinking, but only after Faolan was asleep. He kept this up for a while, until he started having hallucinations. Mainly he saw Moira, and it was this that scared him enough to stop.

He's not completely teetotal, but he's got his problem under control.

Headcanon: The fire that killed Moira and how Connor was affected

Connor's mate/wife, Moira was killed in a fire when people came and burnt down their home. There was no apparent reason given for the attack, except that the mob had been encouraged by an unknown party (unknown to Connor, at least), who wanted Moira for themselves, and to destroy Connor and Faolan.

Connor was blamed, despite protesting his innocence, and while he was believed for the most part, he was quietly asked to leave his pack and take Faolan with him.

He suspected another male in the pack, Weylyn, ordered the attack on his house, in an attempt to murder him and his daughter, but there was little evidence to prove it. Now he's afraid of letting people get close, in case they're harmed as well.

Headcanon: Connor's curiosity

Connor is a very curious person, and more often than not it gets him into trouble. It was his curiosity that originally brought him into contact with the gypsies who cursed him, and was partially the reason why he was cursed, when his curiosity drew him to one of their young women.

Faolan has inherited this curious streak, which often gives Connor cause to worry, since he doesn't want her getting hurt because of it.
