I'm sorry but I've seen this theory way too many times and I really, REALLY dont like it tbh. The entire point is that we're led to believe that Dr secondopinionson is Joe's grandpa only to figure out he's his father and that this highly regarded doctor is actually a creep just showing yet another way how the people of Moralton are messed up.

I love the headcanon that Ms Secondopinionson is trans but seeing people use it in this way feels so off to me because she's meant to be the mother figure that Joe could never have because of his father

(Plus secondopinionson is said to be middle aged and Nurse Bendy is said to be 24 which would just be creepy as hell. Especially in the context of seeing her as a trans woman it feels like perpetuating awful stereotypes that people have against trans fems so uh yea no)

Normally I'd say that no one deserves to suffer from dementia and arthritis, but knowing what Doctor Secondopinionson did to Nurse Bendy, I think he deserves to suffer all that and more. Speaking of him, the way he says "Nurse Bendy..." in "Dumb", just gives me chills, knowing what he did to her. Normally a character with memory loss remembering someone's name is portrayed as a sweet moment, but in the context of the show it's just haunting. Also while I'm ranting here, I'm glad the show shows him as an ugly old man past his prime, because if he was shown young (and possibly attractive) people would simp over him.
