Tony is the son of Eduardo Perez otherwise known in the villain world as El Macho - the bank robber. His father was the owner of the Mexican Restaurant Salsa & Salsa which he later turned into Antojitos. Tony didn't stray far from the path his father laid out but arguably did better by aligning himself with El Lobo and by doing so went from minor robber for the Cactus Gang to Wrestling Heel as his cover for the dastardly deeds they perform. He is still an active member of the villain league but a lot of dirty money keeps that official information in the dark.
