OOH DRABBLE PROMPTS how about in the fitp roommates era, one of them accidentally walks in on the other in a state of undress and now they’re both flustered and can’t look each other in the eye

ORRRR how about some early msr who are about to be caught by a bad guy and have to kiss (their first kiss!) to avoid capture (a la Steve and Natasha in CATWS lol)

i got carried away with the second prompt lol so it's over here in it's own post! here's the first:

Even though Mulder turns around as soon as he pushes the bathroom door open, he catches an eyeful of boob. Scully boob, to be precise. 

“Sorry!” He says to the wall, before Scully can even realize what happened.

“This is why we should’ve gotten a house with two bathrooms, Mulder!” She steps out of the bathroom with a cloud of steam, now wearing a towel. “How much did you see?”

“Uhh…”

Scully sighs in exasperation. “Alright, your turn.”

“What?”

“Take your shirt off. It’s only fair.”

“Scully, I’m not gonna–”

“Off, Mulder.”

He complies. “There. Happy?”

She hums appreciatively. “Yes.”

happy wip wednesday!!! i want attention so here’s a snippet from the x files fic i’ve been working on :)

She loves him like this, relaxed behind the wheel. She loves him other ways, too. Just about every other way. She loves him absorbed in a case file in the office, chewing on some unidentified piece of plastic. She loves him standing behind her while they’re briefed on a case, a few inches closer than she’d let anyone else stand. She loves his face bright with laughter across a dirty diner table.

She can’t remember when she fell in love with him. She supposes it happened slowly, between rental cars and stuffy basements and sterile morgues. She fell in love looking up at him, watching him listen to her like there was nothing else in the world he would rather have his attention on. Not like she was the only girl in the world, but the only one worth his time and attention.

Yo I’m the guy who was gonna draw fanfic of your txf fanfic series and you mention that you could give me some ideas on what scenes to illustrate and I’d really like for some idea bc i am STRUGGLING RN

HI !! yes i have so many ideas, in no particular order:

in shelter ch 4 when they just moved in and theyre sitting on the floor eating takeout. perhaps queequeg is there

also shelter ch 4 mulder in an apron in scully's kitchen

this scene technically hasnt happened yet so spoiler alert but there's a scene where they dance in the kitchen and it's adorable (i can send you the scene ahead of time if this idea moves you)

literally anything where they are sleepy in bed or on the couch or whatever
