Ok there are different factors that made me like Romano tbh:

He is a tsundere

I must admit... I have a soft spot for male tsunderes... but I don't think this silly preference that I have influenced my liking for him, since I do have tsundere characters that I despise/don't really like (for example England is my least favourite character ever in Hetalia despite him beign a tsundere).

2. He is my country

WE GETTING PATRIOTIC WITH THIS ONE FORZA TERRONIA

3. He is funny

Romano is such a funny character to see in the show, write and to make headcanons for. It's sad the fandom wastes his potential for either crappy ships or angsty cringe fanfictions. It's also sad that he has really few screentime

4. He has a cute character design

Look at him brah

5. Relatable as a country

Romano's problems, such as his inferiority complex and trust issues, are a reflection of real life problems here in South Italy that, sadly, are true... and this makes him relatable to many southern italian citizens, including me (Btw I DON'T KIN ROMANO, he is actually really different from how I act, just relate to him regarding the country's problems since I live here).

Sport-lova on Tumblr is the goat when it comes to Romano, literally like I imagine him in my dreams.

But overall... I love Romano in every universe... even when he is an old and wrinkly middle aged man... I still love him (I've seen a bunch of fanarts making him older and some are a smash ngl) EXCEPT when he is a kid or a GODDAMN animal.

Oh btw I am framing all the tiny fanarts people make of me and Romano in my sanctuary. Right now I have framed only two so if u ever make a goofyaah fanart just tag my ass.

I had a dream of you last night where me and a group of random people wanted to kidnapp you. So we broke into your home which was a camper, but it was a your birthday so instead of kidnapping you, me and the group of random people celebrated with you. I gifted you scissors that i originally was suppose to use for the kidnapping while i wore a marshmallow costume. We didn't kidnapped you at the end and just let you be. You looked identically to romano in the dream btw. Sorry if this scares you but it was a really funky dream that i had to get out.

So some weeks ago when I was into mochis, my mutuals and I were joking about mochis based on the gangsta AU Hima made and... I did some goofyaah designs.

Some are not perfect but jesus christ these guys are hard to put into mochis.
