CRWBY reassuring us that negotiations and talks have been going well and that they are in the process of finding a new home for RWBY makes me so happy. I think what makes me even happier was when talking about it on the stream they implied that it wouldn't be just a volume 10 thing and that there's a possibility for the show to go on past V10. Like they just sounded so positive about the whole thing and it makes me so happy to see that RWBY isn't going anywhere and that this story will continue.
I didn't watch the RT livestream, but I've heard the news.
Knowing that CRWBY is staying with the series AND that they've had talks with multiple potential partners gives me more hope than ever. I'm really happy that they're not giving up. I know nothing has been confirmed about V10 yet, but just knowing that it might happen after all makes me really happy. If they actually manage to pull it off, I will be forever indebted to them. RWBY has been a life-changing experience for me, and nothing would make me happier than to see it get the conclusion it deserves.
Today's RWBY news made me so happy I got motivated to finish this old sketch, congrats CRWBY on managing to find potential partners to continue RWBY with!
Anyway here's some Rosegarden ship art for that lazy ass canine AU I haven't touched in years. Rough collie Oscar and Irish wolfhound Ruby
I don't have a lot of people to talk to RWBY about in my daily life. And sometimes I end up talking to my brother about. And he doesn't like for various reasons that I disagree with or think is downright silly. Like his not understanding of aura and semblance. He's not watched the show proper. Only snippets of it or an episode here and there that he's walked in on. And he has strong opinions despite this. Which is why I take a lot of criticism with a grain of salt cause I end up asking myself "did they actually watch it? Or are they like my brother" and it helps a lot actually. I'm able to let myself enjoy it despite what other people say because maybe they just haven't really watched it and as such their opinion doesn't matter.
