so uhhhhhhhhh. abt (that beer i owed ya) the fact i wanted to pick up normal half life gordon freeman for funsies. lmao‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎

-selectively mute, can talk and does sometimes, usually in short bursts, but prefers to use sign language. hard of hearing bc guns + explosions after the resonance cascade. talks to himself a lot when alone tho, makes kinda snarky comments in his head, etc.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ -kinda a nerd-jock, was probably on a sports team in high-school or something, before switching to focusing on science fields in college. has been besties(tm) with barney since their second year of college.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ -kinda a little freak post-stasis, he wasn't aware for those twenty years, thankfully, but he still lost a lot of his social skills. he was never a super social guy, but he's somehow even more awkward then before. will stare at you for a minute straight and then just. walk away w/o saying anything.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ -also a little freak in the sense he's got subtle inhuman traits from being what was basically the void for as long as he was, similar to how tommy 'mutated' after long exposure to gman--but gordon's is way less extreme.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ his eyes glow slightly, and his teeth are slightly sharpened, and probably one or two other minor things i haven't decided on. idk.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ -had a older sister who he was very close to pre-everything, and a niece he cared for a lot, hence the picture of her he has, among some other family photos. still doesn't know what happened to them, and worries about them a lot. rip.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‎ -a pretty gentle/soft-spoken guy over all, but like. very deadly too, so. y'know, be warned, if u wanna try and piss him off <3 asdfghjkl, but yeah. he's full of whimsy despite the horrors !!! for the most part anyway. he's trying, okay?‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎
