Grateful to God For opening the hearts of Ontario Works to supply funds that I could buy food to make this lunch. Easy Pineapple Sardine Rice Soup Ingredients – one packet kitchen 88 basmati heat and eat rice – 1/2 cup or 125 mL @oasiscanada pineapple juice – 1 Sea Chef Sardines in Sunflower oil Method 1. Set package of rice on top of mini fridge to warm and loosen grains of rice. Leave there for about one hour. 2. Open rice packet and add pineapple juice. Let’s sit about 30 minutes. 3. Open Sea Chef sardines and add to rice packet. Mix thoroughly and let sit two minutes to blend the flavors. Enjoy! Put rice pack in sink with very hot water and squeeze the package to loosen the grains of rice. 2. Open rice pack and kidney beans and sardines. 3. Spoon sardines and beans alternately into rice pack stirring with each addition. Enjoy!
