   i’m not too happy about this , but after thinking about it i’ve begun to think this might be the best decision , for me , at this given time . the thing is , i love writing mo : i couldn’t live without it , she’s a part of me in more ways than i could describe . but the truth is , lately all i feel when i open this dashboard is miserable . everywhere i look are plots that were started only to fall into nowhere , people i talked to that i can’t talk to anymore , & things i wanna write but never manage to . it’s just sad , & depressing , & it’s making me nauseous about rp in general . but i love rping . i love writing . so i just need to take a break & figure out how to get over this . i know i put a little too much into rping , i know most of the time i can’t expect people to put just as much into it . but i can’t help the feeling that whatever i do , whatever i write , it’s never enough to make people truly interested.

   so the thing is this . mo’s blog will be on HIATUS for a while . meanwhile , i will STILL be writing morgan privately , on disco.rd , for anyone who might be truly interested in her & plotting with her . & i’ll also be on DUSTLND , & hopefully on its sister canon multi as soon as i make it . i think eventually i will move morgan on a new , “ clean “ blog , starting over & all that jazz . 

   so there ! i’m sorry if this feels like a bunch of whining ( it rly is tbh ) ! please feel free to unfollow since there won’t be much activity here in the coming weeks , at least until / if i remake the blog . either way , be safe & be kind to each other . love , bandit ♥

V. BEGGARS BANQUET. 

set in the ‘60s/’70s; morgan left maine and moved to nyc, where she ended up working for columbia records as a secretary (despite her hidden dream of becoming an actual musician someday).

V. SATURDAY NIGHT WRIST.

modern/horror/serial killer; at some point in her youth, morgan was lured into a circle of shady, shady people. she’s now part of a cult, though apparently leading the normal life of a 28 year old bartender.

V. BEFORE THE FLOOD.

marvel/aos; around her 28th birthday, morgan is accidentally subjected to terrigenesis, and her lurking inhuman genes are activated; the powers she acquires have to deal with the manipulation of water, more specifically the water components of objects and living things. when it comes to humans, she can manipulate the water of the human body to make it so that a person might physically drown from the inside out. (she doesn’t know how to control it: mostly, it follows her mood, which is to say it’s destructive as hell).

V. PARANOID ANDROID.

westworld au; morgan is a host whose current narrative has her as a part of hector’s band of outlaws. they call her the siren, because of the legend surrounding her and how she allegedly murdered several enemies by waiting in the water of a lake and drowning them. her  previous narrative put her as one of the mariposa girls, and sometimes she still has flashes of those days, and the men and women she’s been used (and abused) by.

after rehab, morgan has to learn to rearrange her life around the changes she has gone through. her relationships, her beliefs, her creative process — everything shifts, settles around the silent revolutions in her life. the period spanning her rehab, her stay in her old hometown & her return on the scene will provide the inspiration for her fourth album, ECHO. the echo sessions will be a series of drabbles meant to portray the moments behind each song on her new album, a way into her inner monologue & the events leading up to her new arc. i will post these over the following weeks, & i will reblog this post now & then in case people want to give these a read. if you have any questions about it ( about the songs, their meanings, in general about morgan & her experiences during this arc ) feel free to send them — i’m planning to write a magazine article / interview right before the release of her album & i would gladly include these questions. meanwhile, here are the echo sessions published so far :
