today on cooking adventures with t, i tried to make mochi and failed so i’m eating the whip cream filling

#it was just Not pinching shut no matter what i tried #i tried runnng water around the edges like ravioli and it just wasnt happening #the texture was Interesting but idk if thats the way its supposed to be or if i just fucked it up #but im glad i tried it #ive wanted to for like a year so im glad i finally did it #even though i only successfully closed one and half closed another
