i have a parasocial relationship with everybody who's ever uploaded an MCC vod to archive.org

#i saw an archivist in my youtube shorts and pogged bc i recognjzed the name #several vods are labeled unknown but i think i know who uploaded them based on the formatting of the item #they are my brothers in arms my comrades. names on a screen and datapoints that become meaningful #shadow is bored but loves smajor and they loved him enough to download vods from three years ago to keep them safe #clem is a long time dedicated wilbur soot enjoyer and still to this day keeps track of wilbur content #the finnster enjoyers who upload no other mcc except finnster. the guy who saved every video from technoblade ever #(but didnt save any of his streams) #idk. as a pet project (uploading all of mcc to archive.org) ive had to keep track of every mcc upload on there & i notice who does what #and it fascinates me #wilbur is currently the most saved mcc player; he has 43 uploads that ive found #(many of which are duplicate uploads) #some people are dedicated to players and some to the event itself #im winning the numbers btw. currently 247 uploads (or about 27% of all mcc uploads to archive) #bearvocalizations
