Fans of Kdramas especially of Hospital Playlist, the Korean Egg Drop Sandwiches that you saw and craved while watching finally stepped out of our screens here at Eatlog. 

Seeing it at first already made me eggcited and their recipe is very eggspecial and legit. Masissneun! 

If you can remember well in Hospital Playlist, this is Uju’s favorite snack. We saw him and his appa Ik Jun eat egg drop sandwiches few times in Season 1 and 2. And if I can remember well, Ik Jun also brought some for his friends at the hospital. There was also an episode where Uju told his appa that he was a regular customer of egg drop sandwich and frequently went there with his girlfriend Mo Ne and her eomma. 

Who wouldn’t crave for egg drop sandwiches if it frequents your screen while binging the drama right? Now that we have a local store serving egg drop sandwiches, might as well try it to satisfy our curiosity and cravings. 

We tried Eatlog’s best seller which is the Korean Egg Drop Sandwich. The nori, ham and spam was sandwiched along with the fluffy scrambled egg and bread.

It was really delicious and it was big serving. It will really make you full already with your first few bites. I also tired few local egg drop sandwiches as it becomes a trend these days but this is I think the best one I had so far. 

Another thing about this is that the egg on my sandwich dropped while I was taking a bite. Same goes for my chingu. Hahahaha it is literally an egg drop sandwich. 

The taste of egg drop sandwiches blends well with their Inomin. As we got there, they have the chocolate malt jelly and strawberry milk jelly. We tried their strawberry milk jelly because it is also the best seller. I heard that the idea for Inomin started from the thought that strawberry milk is a famous drink in Korea and that Filipinos loves jellies/gulaman so why not combine the two for a localized product that can satisfy both our Korean and Filipino taste right?

There is actually a variety of egg drop sandwiches and Inomin to choose from but I highly recommend you to try their Korean eggspecial and their Strawberry Inomin. Super sulit. Busog talaga. Haha Kaja, chingus! Meogja!  This is another must try in Naga if you want a straight outta Kdrama food experience.

Also I NEED to tell you about bird pelvises. They're fucking weird.

In mammals, your pelvis is just your inominate bones (the things on the sides with the broad blade like parts) and you sacrum (the part in the middle. Made up of fused sacral vertebrae.)

Birds have those too, but they also have their fucking thoracic vertebrae fused in there too. Not all of them, usually around 3, but it's still fucking bizarre. And also at least one of their caudal (tail) vertebrae! All this stuck together stuff is called the synsacrum and it's WEIRD!

Oh, and birds don't have sacral vertebrae or lumbar vertebrae (sacral is in the pelvis in mammals, and lumbar is the lower back). They just have one category called lumbosacral, and they all go in the synsacrum. So weird.

Why are birds Like This? Because flying means it's important to have your body be as rigid as possible. That's why so many of their bones are fused. Apparently flying makes animals WEIRD.

Lucban, Isa sa mga sikat na  lugar sa rehiyon ng Calabarzon. Kilala ito dahil sa Pahiyan, isang pagdiriwang na nagaganap tuwing ika 15 ng mayo taon taon. Kilala rin ito sa mga tanyag na lugar tulad ng Kamay ni Hesus at ang St. Louis Bishop church.Noong Feb 2021, pumunta kami dito ng aking pamilya para magpahinga. Madami kang pwedeng gawin na aktibidad sa lugar na ito. Isa na dito ang pag libot sa mga sikat na lugar pang turista o di naman kaya ang pag ligo sa mga Ilog na may sobrang linis na tubig. Sa sobrang linis ng mga ilog dito ay karaniwan ng mga naka tira dito ay sa ilog kumukuha ng tubig para inomin.  Sa daming pwedeng gawin dito, mas pinili ko pa rin magbisikleta na lang palibot sa buong Lucban, langhapin ang simoy ng hangin at pag masdan ang magagandang tanawin tulad ng mga matitingkad na bundok at malalawak na palayan.  Dito ay kinalimutan ko muna lahat ng problema ko at nagpahinga.  Dito ko lang naranasan na tipong pinagpapawisan na ako na kakapidal, hindi ko pa rin nararamdaman ang pagod. Pagktapos mag bisekleta ay kakain ka ng mga lokal na pagkain tulad na lamang ng Pancit hab hab at longganisnang lucban.  Masasabi ko talaga na sulit ang bakasyon dito dahil kahit sa kaonting oras lamang na nadito ako ay nakalimutan ko ang mga problema ko at nakapag pahinga.  Masasarap na pagkain, magandang tanawin at sariwang hangin, lahat ng ito ay nandito lamang sa iisang lugar. Ang pinaka tumatak sa akin sa lugar na ito ay ang mababait at masayahing mga tao. Ikaw ay sasalubungin  na may ngiti sa mga mukha at tratratuhin kang kabayan.
