anybody got tips for understanding how time works

#talkin.555 #time agnosia #every fuckin morning the time comes where i need to leave to get to work on time and im still like nah i got time ??? like #im sposed to be there at 8:45 but like at latest 9 #ive lost 3 jobs to this shit but fortunately at this company im too valuable to fire #still would like to. be normal about it #EDIT i started labelling my alarms with how much time i have left to get up #and i bit the bullet of getting up at 8:00 even tho i tech dont have to be up until 8:15 just because #its easier for my to see 8:00 as a Serious Time than 8:15 kdbdjd #at least i think thats why it works #sometimes i still stay up late and come in a few mins late but id say #at least 2/3 of the time i come in on time to work
