Can we de-normalize saying "x would never" whenever accusations come out about your fave creators

Not only is it weirdly parasocial and acting like you know anything about a strangers personal life because you watch the public content they intentionally put out

It's also insensitive and harmful as fuck towards the person coming out about the situation if it is true. Because if it is true, they just did something that takes a LOT of courage to open up about, only to see that they're being dismissed, that people won't take them seriously about the things they went through. And if it's true that means you just defended the person that hurt them.
