Let in the Light

I don’t know how, January nearly destroyed me.  There is no light outside, and I keep telling myself to let the light in...but there’s been no life in my life lately, and none for a while.  I hate how this feels, I’ll make it to the end, but it’s like one very long dentist appointment, annoying, time consuming and painful.
