Talk About the Foreign Cuisine that you enjoy.

What was the cuisine.

The cuisine that I liked is called Korean cuisine. It’s an Asian cuisine that is originated in South Korea. 

How you were introduced to the cuisine.

I was introduced by the Korean drama that I watched. My first dish was kimbap and I had “love at the first bite”. Also, Korean food are reasonable in price than the other cuisines. I tasted tteokbokki, bibimbap, bulgogi, samgyeopsal, their junk food, their ice cream, kimchi jjigae, doenjjang jjigae and more.

Why you like it.

I liked it because of the spices that they used and how the dishes are being cooked. I liked gochujjang over ketchup (which I despised the most). I enjoy wrapping the meat with vegetables. I like how they balance the sweetness, saltiness, spiciness in one dish. Also, my fondness of Korean culture made me like the cuisine.
