"Heavenly spa" ❥

Finally done! Hello everyone, and welcome to this full relaxing area.. Heavenly spa is placed in Tartosa on a 50x40 lot.. It's tree floor build with outside and inside pool, two saunas, two drink bars, coffee bar, private room for lover couples, gym, yoga room, sumba studio, massage room and icecream station.. I had to use a bunch of CC, otherwise this build would not look this beautiful.. Mitigating circumstance is that these are the creators whose objects you all mostly use.. ❥ I will copy the links of the creators that I think you may not have in your mods folder and I will just list the others.

Named after one of my favorite books and albums, Things Fall Apart is an epic tale of lust, greed, betrayal, vengeance and, above all else, growth.

This story never started as a legacy nor was it intended to be anything other than gameplay. However, these characters evolved and, as such, so did their stories; each intertwined and forever impacted by the others.

Written, played and photographed by The Watcher circa 2015. This story is best read/viewed on a laptop, tablet or PC.

Random Veronaville Headcanons

I have been Veronapilled so now I have HC's to share with the class :)

-Titania started a tradition within the upper-class society of the Sims world ( besides the Capps think the Goths, Altos, Vanderburgs, Villareals) where for her and Oberon's anniversary she hosts a ball where all other Sims families travel out to Veronaville for a month in the summer and they have small social events throughout the month where they can socialize and set up business deals and their kids can become friends or like date. but on the last night, Tatiana has this huge Ball where all the guests and Tatiana's family dress up in white except Tatiana who wears a colored animal print

-The Monty's own a restaurant that is very successful and Romeo is set to own. Which Romeo very much tries to push on to Mercutio because Romeo likes to cook and all but he does not want to own a restaurant and neither does Mercutio. This is a common fight till one dinner when Antonio is sick of listening to them fight so he tells them the restaurant will be his till they figure it out. Romeo and Mercutio never figure it out.

- Consort constantly calls Kent, Kenny or Kennedy. Because Consort swears that he has 4 daughters. Not because he hates Kent just because he swears that when Kent was born in Roaring Heights he was a girl but when they moved to Veronaville Kent was male(This is based on the fact that when I played the Capps in Roaring Heights baby Capp was female)

-Consort has a very much once it's 9:30 I don't care what goes on in my house because I am in my nice soundproof room. Consort got his and Contessa room sound proofed after her realized he was going to have 4 teenagers at once

-The Capp grandkids take advantage of the fact that Consort doesn't care after 9:30 way more than Consorts kids ever did

-Tybalt and Juliette are the worst offenders. They both sneak out and sneak people in constantly, Even worse there has been times where Tybalt was trying to leave at night and Juliette took his car to do the same

-It's also bad because several time they have both ran into each other sneaking in the Monty Brother and they start fighting about if we are going to the same place don't take both cars and then its weird and all four of then just watch a movie

-Tybalt just doesn't like Romeo. not even in the way of the feud. He just doesn't like him as a person

-Juliette and Romeo get married really young. Like too young, Like they lied about their birthdays and went to Tartosa over the summer and got legally married at 15 before there sophomore year of high school

-Tybalt and Marla Biggs graduated in the same year and are best friends

-Tybalt and Hermia Share a birthday

-Juliette is really only called Juliette by Consort and her Aunts. She prefers to go by Jules.

-Puck lowkey hates Veronaville and moves out to travel and only visits for holidays and his mom's month-long party

I'm so excited to be spending more time playing the Sims 4 and will have some updates to my Lucid Legacy gameplay coming soon!

My lovely seven year old daughter, Sienna , has been having so much fun watching me play the Sims that we have decided to play a legacy challenge together and share with you all. Of course, she has chosen to play the Disney Princess challenge! We've been busy re-watching the movies and cc shopping. Hopefully soon we will be ready to show off our gameplay!

twisted generation challenge

hello everyone! a little while ago i became obsessed with sims youtube and started playing sims again, some of the first videos i watched was challenges like "not so berry" "the 100 baby challenge" and etc. so i got inspired and thought "hmm.. why not make my own challenge and my own rules", so i did. i present the twisted generation challenge, inspired by the lovely 'twisted' series by Ana Huang. this is a four generation challenge based on the four books.

this does not mean you should or should have read the books in order to play this challenge, it was simply just an inspiration and the first thing i thought of when i made this. this is simply just a fun challenge i enjoyed making and hope people will like.

general rules for this challenge:

cheats are not allowed, you can use money cheats to settle in the first generation, but try not to use them else.

2. for each generation you can choose yourself if you wanna play as male or female, you must choose, you can't make your own sim and rules.

3. you can only move on to the next generation when all the reguirements are done.

4. i tried to make it as close to the books as possible but you don't have to make them look like how they're described in the books, remember this is just for fun.

5. if you decide to do this challenge please use the hashtag #twistedgeneration.

Introduction

Hello,

I am new to Tumblr. I am still not sure how everything works on this Site, but I will do my best to figure it all out. I came to this Site because I was tired of Twitter's character limit and even if that very rich Man Child will make it bigger, I won't start writing bigger messages than I do at the Moment.

I will continue to be on Twitter because I made some friends there which I don't want to lose.

But enough about that, more about me, I love to read, Books, Comics, in short everything that is written in a language that I can read, I read it. I don't take everything at Face value and I am most critical about nearly everything, my Grandma always said: Your Problem is that you think too much and worry about things you can't change.

My Favourite Authors are ... let's be chronological: Jane Austen, Jules Verne, Lyman Frank Baum, Arthur Conan Doyle, Erich Kästner, Astrid Lindgren, Llyod Alexander, Ursula K. Le Guin, Michael Ende, Bernard Cornwell, Terry Pratchett, George R.R. Martin, Cornelia Funke, Neil Gaiman, Kai Meyer and much more, these are just those who should be more prominent and therefore more well known. Or at least you can find them with a Wikipedia-Page. I didn't read every Book of these Authors, but some of their Works are my all-time-favourites which I always at some time reread.

I usually like it when Books have some tropes, but I really hate the Prophecy-Trope. At least when it makes sense in-universe, so that the Characters can interpret the Prophecy and act accordingly. So there are cases in Stories where Prophecies don't bother me, it would be a better Book without it in my opinion, but in General, I don't care that much about it.

I love to play the Sims 4, and I really love to build Houses. I don't think I have a specific Style, but I think I am a decent Builder. Sometimes I create Houses for Characters out of Books or Houses based on Books. For Example, I tried to build a Russian Dacha after I read Shadow and Bone. A Book series I don't like that much, giving the only PoV to what I would call a female Love Interest, instead of the male protagonist, just to make sure it could sell more Books to women was a problem during my read. At least it felt like that to me (personal Opinion! There is nothing wrong with that and if you have a different one, good for you), because I got the impression the Author became more and more frustrated with that female Character. In my Eyes that was confirmed after I read how she was portrayed during the last 2 Books in that Universe, holy moly that was a different Character. But If I was together with a Womanizer I would probably change like that too. To all those who want to scream at me, that the Male Protagonist changed because he loved his Female Love Interest, I recommend reading "A Game of Thrones" there is a female character who says:

"Love is sweet, dearest Ned, but it can not change a Man's nature."

And if you do that as a Rule for your Antagonist, do it for your Hero as well, I hate inconsistencies where "Rules for thee, but not for me" is at play. Which happened in these Books more than once. But I like to watch how Authors evolve and change during their Careers and the Author became better since that Debut. So my advice for her would be: To kill that Character in the next Book, if there is one more. If a Character frustrates you get rid of it.

This leads me to my next point, I love to write myself. I am Nanowrimo-Participant and Winner for several years. I started writing because my Father died when I was 10 years old. So it started as a therapeutic measure, but it became a lot more over the years. I thought about publishing, but I made a bad choice and today I am not so sure anymore. But I have some WIP's of my Fanfiction on AO3, which I occasionally update, I mean, when you see that no one reads it, you can update it whenever you want. At the moment I work on 3 Original Novels at once, they are all in one World and because there are references to different Parts, I write them simultaneously. And on top of that I write 3 Fanfictions and plan one more.

So I think that is enough for an Introduction about me, if you have any questions, ask them, I try to answer, it would at least help to find out how this site works.

hey! haven't been on here in a minute because i was at a festival for a whole week and i'm only just recovering from the usual post-festival sickness lol

but now i'm back and life in simcity continues! except... to be honest i feel a little bit burnt out on my ultimatehood atm. this always happens when i've been playing the same type of household for a while, and lord knows the last like 20 households i've played in this rotation were all young adult couples living in apartments just starting up their life and career after uni. also i've been getting constant pink soup because downtown is just too nicely decorated for my computer. i think for the next rotation i may try going in a random order or something..... anyway, there will be some very low effort posts of some young adults soon (i really don't have the energy to report on every single thing that happened to my sims in the captions and i doubt anybody would lay awake at night worried about whether some slacker in my game is at level 3 or 4 of their career, but for data freaks like myself, i can always recommend checking out the spreadsheet), and then we're moving onto – wait for it – more young adults! but this time at actual uni! we're rejoining sandra, jacob, jules and the others. i'm quite excited for that ngl but with that many uni households, i'm afraid it's going to get a bit exhausting too. but it's okay we'll see. and then the round is over! phew.

so anyway, bear with me and my inconsistency lol

A baby rant:

Oh baby do I feel so demotivated right now!!!! I want to play my game but I have the urge to delete all my saves and cc. I find that I don't want to enter any of my save files I feel like none of them are bringing me joy....

I had so many plans for my legacy but the sims 4 itself doesn't agree with my plans😭I tried to send Jules and Jonah to high school and holy sh*t does the high school lot not function correctly. The first day the boys stood still for the whole day until like 5 in game time and I couldn't reset anyone. the second day I couldn't get them to actually go to class and the food counter didn't work in the morning.

That's not all the issues i've had but it's the ones that have made me the most upset. Outside of the game I feel absolutely horrendous. I think I've been experiencing long term symptoms from past medications and I don't even know how to process that one. I want to schedule a visit with my doctor but I feel like i'm not going to be heard on things that I'm experiencing. I don't want to get too personal but I need a lot of things right now and the weight of it all is starting to mentally bring me down.

Sims 2 to Real Age Converter

Hey y'all, I made an excel sheet where you can input your sims lifespan, what ages you think a life stage corresponds to, and it'll tell you how old a sim is supposed to be in real life years. I don't know if someone's already made this, but I made one myself anyway.

I used an excel sheet instead of google because I'm pretty sure the two use different formulas and I only know excel.

Sul Sul !

I’m Juice, or Jules or Juke or basically anything that starts with a Ju- lmao.

I’m 20, I’m white, I’m American, and I use any pronouns!

I’ve been playing the Sims 4 for a couple years now and I have a CC finds blog ( @juicefinds ) but thought it might be nice to make some content maybe!

I already make little collages for my sims, so I’ll post some of those, I plan to be as WCIF friendly as I can (but I’m ADHD and busy so no promises I’ll actually know where to find something lol).

I have made little pieces of custom content here and there. If I make something again I might post it, currently though I don’t have any plans.

I’ll be trying to post stuff and work on a resource page so feel free to stay and vibe if you would like! :)

Some more pics and updates from my TS2 Maxis Sims BACC-kinda-thing, inspired by Katatty’s Hollyhead.

We're on day 6 of their first week, and:

Lucy's garden is doing fabulously - she's harvested lots of produce ready for when she opens a farm shop. Dirk has a few medicinal herbs growing in his little garden too, to sell from his clinic in the future.

Romance is definitely in the air - with Dustin and Dirk both vying for her love, Lucy has fallen for Dirk. Dirk currently wishes to propose to Lucy! I'll let him do so when I next play.

Tara and Melody have 3 bolts and are all over each other (they had the first woohoo of the town), however much Tank tries to get in with Tara. In fact, being an Irresistible sim, Tara gets a lot of attention!

Jules was fed up being left out of all this and wanted in on the action, so started flirting with her best friend Johnny, then fell in love with him!

Not to be disheartened by Lucy's rejection, Dustin finished his first car renovation and is now up to 7 mechanical points - he still needs 10 to unlock electricity and plumbing for the town.

Jules is 78% done writing her novel, and up to level 2 of the Journalism career - I'm not sure why she's so slow to progress!

Tank made is to level 4 of the Law Enforcement career as Desk Sergeant and now requires a Police Station to work from, which I will let him live in. I download and renovated one from Pleasantsims.

Melody made it to level 4 in the Architecture career as Head of Construction Company, unlocking townies and house building!

I added 15 townies, a mixture of kids, teens and adults, all aged up Maxis toddlers/kids/teens. Here you can see Ginger Newson, Puck Summerdream, Jill Smith and Ripp Grunt. Jill upset Ripp by electricuting him 😂 There are also Garrett and Georgia Newson, Beatrice Monty, Mercutio Monty, Pauline Aspir, Isaiah Gavigan, Alexander Goth, Tybalt Capp, Miranda Capp, Ophelia Nigmos and Angela Pleasant. When townies move into households, I'll replace them with more Maxis kids/teens aged up.

As of Monday, everyone will be moving to their own places. I think I'll move Dirk and Lucy out together. I rolled between 20-35k to work out how much each household will get to buy a home and if any leftover, a community lot for opening businesses.

Dirk needs to open & run a clinic once he gets to level 6 (currently level 4) and Lucy needs to open her farm shop to sell her produce. Johnny needs to open something fun like a bar or club. Melody, Tara, Dirk, Tank and Jules can stay in their Architecture, Politics, Medicine, Law Enforcment and Journalism careers respectively, and try to reach the top. Dustin... I think will have to continue renovating cars for money until someones business reaches level 5, which is when I've decided a spot in the Criminal career is unlocked!
