                                               Welcome To SEAL Team 10
                                       •••••RULES FOR WAR•••••
1) We war continuously: Unless war search becomes too late(Eastern Standard Time), in which case we wait until the following day to search.
2) Mandatory 50-man war: Once a month, (whenever we manage to recruit 50 people), we will do a mandatory 50-man war. We will give everyone a one- to two-week notice via clan mail for upcoming 50-man wars. This is to ensure that you complete your heroes and spell factory on time. (Update: we wont do 50 man wars until we have a solid amount of active members.)
3) Opting out: Mandatory opt out when heroes or spell factories are upgrading. Optional opt out when players are too busy to participate in war. We keep track of opt outs and will address consistent failure to participate in clan wars.
4) War assignments: You will receive your assignment for first attack via clan mail. Assignments for second attack are situational. When there are bases that you are able to clean (preferably within your own TH range), use your second attack to do so (see Rule 7 on cleaning). When there are no more bases to clean, use your second attack for PRACTICE
5) Deadlines for attack: You MUST use both attacks. Your assigned base for first attack is held for the first 4 hours of war. During that time no one else may attack your base. After 4 hours anyone can attack your assigned base, and you are free to attack other assigned bases. If your assigned base is still untouched after the first 4 hours, you must attack your assigned base first before going on another base. If your assigned base has been attacked but not three-starred, it goes into the pool of bases to be cleaned (see Rule 7 on cleaning). You MUST complete your first attack within the first 12 hours. TH8 and below, you MUST complete your second attack within the first 18 hours. TH9 or above will generally have to wait until all the bottom bases are cleaned before using their second attack.
6) Attacking after 4 hours: When you attack after 4 hours, be it your second attack or your first (if your assigned base has already been attacked), we prefer that you attack bottom-up within your own TH range. This is, of course, a bit discretionary, as we do not want you to attack a base that is obviously too easy for you. As such, we strongly encourage lower-ranked players to attack first. If you are not sure which base to go on, feel free to ask.
7) Cleaning bases: You must clean bases within your own TH range from bottom up, meaning clean the lowest base first before moving on to the next highest. We prefer that the lower players attack first. For example, if there are 8 participating TH8s in the current war, numbered 6-14, we prefer 8-14 to clean first. This is to ensure we do not waste any attacks. For example, if our 14 tries to clean base #8, fails, and our 8 has to drop down to clean base #14, that would be a wasted attack for both players.
8) Rules for attacking: Before attacking, you must write in clan chat: “going on #” (insert base number that you are attacking). Wait for an elder or co-leader to write a “gl” before you begin your attack. This is so we can make sure you attack the right base, and because we simply enjoy watching each other attack and cheering each other on. This is required for BOTH of your attacks. If you have asked for a check in, and received no response, you’re clear to attack AFTER THREE (3) ENTIRE MINUTES. Do not ask for a check in UNTIL YOUR TROOPS ARE FULLY TRAINED and you are ready to attack
9) Army composition: For TH6 and below, use loons or gibarch. For TH7 and up, until you get level 4 hogs, you must use dragons (option to bring a few loons to clean ADs, but no drag-hog hybrid attacks). For TH9 and up, FIRST ATTACK: you must use a good ground attack, at least a gowipe, or derivative such as gowiwi, gowiva,qwgowiva,hghb. (Army comps consisting of Golems, Wizards, Valks, Pekka, Witches)    (Update:) Lavaloon and gobolavaloon are acceptable as well. We want consistent three star attacks, but a few (only a FEW) hogs or loons is ok for backend strategies). FOR SECOND ATTACKS (cleanup): After traps and cc troops have been exposed on a base, you can use other strategies (such as hogs, goho, air attacks etc) if you wish, but any unordinary comps or bases should be consulted with a leader
10) War troops: When attacking in war, you MUST bring your strongest troops. Do NOT bring raid troops to war (barch), even when you are assigned an easy base (that is not to say that you have to use all the troops you bring. If just using a portion of your war troops is sufficient to 3-star an easy base, feel free to do so).
11) Clan troops for war: You must request and bring clan troops to war attacks. When requesting for war troops, specify exactly what troops (and spells) you need, and label it “FOR WAR” so we know to only donate the highest level troops for you. You are responsible for determining what troops you will need. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU REQUEST EARLY WHEN USING TH10+ TROOPS, SUCH AS BOWLERS. IF YOU CANNOT GET A CERTAIN TROOP, THEN CHANGE WAR COMP. TH10+ troops should be the only problem. We have plenty of others that can help otherwise
12) War CC donations: For now, we have no clan perks but anyone who has the highest or maxed out troops must be ready to help fill war CCs. Do not fill war CCs until an elder or co-leader tells you to do so. Do not delete donations in your own war cc unless an elder or co-leader tells you to do so.
13) War Assignment Terminology: RO “RO” stands for “Rule Of.” Let’s assume you are base # 12. “RO#” means drop by # number. In case of RO1, you attack #13. RO2, you attack #14. RO3, you attack #15. And so on.
14) War Assignment Terminology: Cleaner If you are assigned as cleaner, you do not have an assigned base. Prior to the 4-hour mark, you can clean any base that has already been attacked but not three-starred, within your own TH range. Post 4-hour mark, you are free to attack any bases within your TH range that was assigned to someone else. You must still abide by the first attack before 12 hours and second attack before 18 hours (if TH8 and below) rule.
                                      ••••••OTHER BASIC CLAN RULES•••••• 15) Other donations: We love to donate! We do not require any donation ratios, so request what you need! We ask that you do not specify troop levels for raid troops, so that everyone can donate. We fill outstanding non-war requests (requests that have been pending for 10+ minutes) with archers so they do not sit idle.
16) Communication: Some of us use kik to communicate outside of clan chat. This is not a requirement but if interested, download the app and send a message to TheForcedHand so I can add you to our kik group.
17) Language and clan atmosphere: While our members come from all over the world, we only permit English in clan chat. We take our wars seriously. Outside of war we are fun and laid back. Since we are an adult clan, bring a sense of humor. Feel free to bring some colorful conversation, just don’t be rude to other members. We do NOT tolerate any drama or bad attitudes.
18) Vacation or Absences: For members who are unable to participate in war for an extended period, send an e-mail to [email protected] and give us details of when you’ll be back. If you decide to go AWOL then you will be kicked.
19) Questions? Concerns? Just ask us. If you are unsure about an attack, ask us. If you are not sure about a rule, ask us. We love helping each other out. But if you do not ask and break our rules repeatedly, we may bench you for next war or kick you. If you can’t get into your game and don’t have an alt, you can email us at [email protected] or look for our forums post and pm us.
Welcome to SEAL Team 10.
                     —>LEADER & ELDER RESPONSIBILITIES<—
1.Accept or Reject people who want to join the clan. Inspect the person who wants to join the clan and “quickly/within a few seconds” determine if their base is good enough, if “friend in need” is high enough for their level, and whether the person will be a good fit for us as a new member. Hit Accept or Reject semi-quickly.
2.Elders absolutely may not to kick any long standing members, unless approved by a co-leader or leader. If a member has an exceptional case to be kicked immediately, you may kick ONLY at that time, if you have a meeting with other elders in the KIK chat can come to the same decision to kick the person. You must also put the reason inside the “reason for kicking” message.
3.Elders can kick any member for legitimate reasons, not for personal grievances. Elders : Do not abuse your power! Co-Leaders may kick anyone in the clan for any legitimate reason, but please put the kick reason in the kick window. Any leaders who violate our rules will be demoted first and receive a warning prior to kicking. Elders will be demoted to Member and warned. Co leaders will be demoted to Elder and warned.
4.Elders and co-leader should keep the clan chat drama free. We are a “mature” clan, but we have members of all ages.
5.Co-Leaders should make sure that Elders are upholding the standards we set for members, and this includes: donations, helping members, making sure people check in before attacking. Be kind.Eldership is hard to earn in our clan, and all Elders demand our respect. If ratios are an issue, take into account donation counts “before” the current season also, not just the current one.
6.Co-Leaders are “co” leaders and should help the leader with tasks. I.E. Posting on forums and Reddit recruitment. Planning war strategy. Donating to War CC’s. Understanding war weight, and knowing who is “war ready”. Editing members if necessary (no league) and most importantly knowing, enforcing, and following all clan rules. You have extra responsibilities, and Elders/Members should not be burdened with Co-Leader responsibilities and the Leader should not be expected to take the entire load of some tasks. Please be active in your role.
8.Elders and Co-Leaders are part of Leadership for SEAL TEAM 10, you are the people setting the example. Serve us proud, and lead by example for our members.
                   ???DO YOU WANT TO BE A STAFF MEMBER???
Steps and Requirements Toward Elder
•Do not ask for elder or any type of rank. When leadership feels you deserve a promotion, you will be promoted. We are watching… •Donate troops as requested, and keep a good ratio. Default donations are archers and wizards. •Follow all clan rules and direction of leadership •Participate in wars, and always put in 2 attacks regardless of score or even if you do not think you will win. •Be active in clan chat. Help your clan-mates. •Elder is earned, and donations is only part of the requirements. Do not ask us how many clan troops are required to receive elder. •Longevity in the clan is a must, you must be with us, fight with us in wars and be active. Do not expect elder after 2 weeks or even 3 weeks, definitely not when you have a new tag •Do not leave the clan. If you leave the clan, everything we’ve been watching you do (donations, wars) etc will be reset and you will start over. •We want elder to be something you work for, and be proud to display when you finally achieve it. •Read Responsibilities of Clan Elder above •Recruit new members and know which members to reject If you go inactive, stop fighting war, stop donating – you will lose your Elder title. You can work on regaining the title, but it will not take as long as if you were never elder before. Warning: I am fond of kicking people who ask “when can I be elder?” If you want elder, and want to stay in the clan, follow the rules above.
Steps and Requirements Toward Co-Leader 1.We offer only a limited amount of spaces for Co-Leaders 2.Co-Leaders maintain the highest levels of integrity 3.Co-Leaders are ranked above Elders and have the final say 4.If you are kicked by a Co-Leader, unless you have a good excuse, the decision is final 5.Co-Leaders may be demoted to Elder by not upholding our clan rules 6.All Co-leaders report directly to the Leader (JK4P). Elders report to Co-Leaders or Leader. Members report to Elders, Co-leaders and Leader 7.Read Responsibilities of Co-Leader above 8.Recruit new members
If you go inactive, stop fighting war, stop donating – you will lose your Co title. You can work on regaining the title, but it will not take as long as if you were never Co before. Warning: I am fond of kicking people who ask “when can I be Co?” If you want Co, and want to stay in the clan, follow the rules above.
                                  ENGINEERED BASES WELCOME
                                 ~~~~~~.5 Engineered bases explained~~~~~~
As a new TH7, you may only purchase the following new items from your store: new DE storage, new DE Drill, new AD, Barbarian King, new Army Camp, and new Barracks. After purchasing these new items, you are to not purchase anything else from your store until everything on your base is at max level for TH7. Note that the only thing you are not allowed to upgrade that you own are your Walls. Note a single wall upgrade violates this plan. Once everything on your base is maxed for TH7 levels, excluding your walls which you will be leaving at level 6, you are now a TH 6.5. After everything is finished you can then purchase the remaining new items in your store and upgrade your walls.
As a new TH8, you may only purchase the following new items from your store: new DE Drill, new Gold Storage, new Elixer Storage, new Skeleton Traps, new Giant Bomb, and new Dark Spell Factory. After purchasing these new items, you are to not purchase anything else from your store until everything on your base is at max level for TH8. Note that the only things you are not allowed to upgrade that you own are your walls and your regular Barracks or Dark Barracks; however, you can upgrade your new Dark Barracks, just make sure not to upgrade either of your Dark Barracks past Lvl 2. Note a single wall upgrade violates this plan. Once everything on your base is maxed for TH8 levels, excluding your Walls and both types of Barracks, you are now a TH 7.5. After everything is finished you can purchase the remaining new items in your store and upgrade your walls and both types of Barracks.
As a new TH9, you may only purchase the following new items from your store: new Gold Storage, new Elixer Storage, new AD, new Air Sweeper, new Giant Bomb, and new Archer Queen. After purchasing these new items, you are to not purchase anything else from your store until everything on your base is at max level for TH9. Note that the only things you are not allowed to upgrade that you own are your Walls, your Dark Spell Factory, and your regular Barracks or Dark Barracks. Note a single wall upgrade violates this plan. Once everything on your base is maxed for TH9 levels, excluding your Walls, Dark Spell Factory, and both types of Barracks, you are now a TH 8.5. After finishing you can then purchase the remaining new items in your store and upgrade your walls and both types of Barracks.
As a new TH10, this is the first time you will be following the “true” .5 Townhall plan. This may seem like you will not stand a chance against other TH10’s; however, it is important to remember that you will actually count as a TH9 in war, so others won’t stand a chance against you! You may not purchase ANY of the new items from your store; even the new Gold Collector, new Elixer Collector, or the new DE Drill. You are to not purchase anything at all from your store until everything on your base is at max level for TH10. Note that the only things you are not allowed to upgrade that you own are your Walls, either of your Spell Factories, your Army Camps, either of your Barracks, (regular or dark) and either of your Heroes. Note a single wall upgrade violates this plan. Once everything on your base is maxed for TH10 levels, excluding your Walls, Army Camps, Spell Factories, Barracks, and your Heroes, you are now a TH 9.5. After finishing you can then purchase the remaining new items in your store and upgrade your Walls, Army Camps, Spell Factories, Barracks, and both Heroes.
After finishing you can then purchase the remaining new items in your store and upgrade your Walls, Army Camps, Spell Factories, Barracks, and both Heroes.
