Alina and Agnes both have me thinking about Dr. Fulton. I have to wonder if she steps in somewhere. Even more after Red’s psych eval in S6 and Liz’s current situation. She’s about to kill Red, who Fulton believes is a glorified serial killer. If someone like Dr. Fulton can’t see what I see, then something’s wrong.

Red: Push her. Provoke her. Figure out a way past her grief and anger, and you’ll see her for who she really is. Fulton: And who is that? Red: Everything that I am not.

Fulton: A widow. A mom. A cop. Liz: And one more thing. Fulton: What’s that? Liz: A daughter.

Red isn’t a widow, a mom, a cop, or a daughter. Because Katarina is “dead"

Grey: You’re masquerading. Leading a double life, pretending to be someone you’re not. If you’re divorced from social norms, it’s because you’re divorced from a side of yourself I can’t see because you’re terrified of letting people see it. Why, I don’t know. But whatever pathologies you have, I think they can be traced to the fact that, while most people see you as a, uh - iconic bad guy, you’re really just an imposter.

Alina, after Liz already put Red in prison.

Park: They don’t need jail time. They need family therapy.

Liz: He was arrested, but he wasn’t caught. I turned him in.

Fulton: I’ve had my eye on you for ages. Ever since you shot the Attorney General for being a traitor.

Liz: It’s blurry at times, but it’s there. Park: You shot the Attorney General.

Liz: I’m coming for you. Nothing else matters.

Woman: Okay! Five minutes are up! Ready or not, here I come!

It got me to thinking about the Sandman and Agnes’ glitter shoes.

Liz: How did he do it? Convince little Susie Baker to leave with him in the middle of the night. Her shoes were missing. Little pink hightops with rainbow laces. Why would a 4-year-old put them on or let him put them on for her? She did it because she trusted him. And I could never figure out why.
