THOUGHTS ON THE FINALE OF PRETTY LITTLE LIARS ORIGINAL SIN!!!!
*SPOILERS* if you haven't watched the last few episodes yet you've been warned
*TW/CW- mature/sensitive content in this post
I am literally still processing everything but:
Was I the only one who thought the Liars' plan with the blood drive was actually kind of creative?
Ohhh the principal rejecting Tabby's film had me SEETHING. I should have known from that scene he'd be the one behind it all/pulling the strings.
Going back and rewatching the scene where Chip tries to ask Imogen if she wants to go to his place for Thanksgiving is now very uncomfortable. Thank god she had Tabby and her mom!! And that's on the tabogen agenda.
I honestly thought Shawn was going to be a part of the A stuff or the guy who assaulted Tabby and Imogen but he was not. If we get a season 2 though, I'm keeping an eye on him. No offense Noa- but he lied about the pills/drugs. Like I wonder if he really was telling the truth when he said later that he threw them out.
The club scene!! Iconic, but the rational part of my brain also was like "Yes Faran good suggestion- WAIT THEY'RE MINORS THEY SHOULD NOT BE OUT CLUBBING"
When Kelly(?) "said call me Karen" to Greg- HUHHH?
I knew Crazy Joe wasn't A
It felt too much like a red herring to me- too obvious
The Waters' house did give me AHS Murder House vibes- they really nailed the creepy vibe with the set
Yess finally I’m so glad they got the moms to talk about Angela- also the fact that each mom's situation with Angela paralleled the daughters in the present
Noa saying "I can't handle juggling two addicts in my life" SWEETIE no :(((((
FARAN LETTING HER HAIR DOWN!!
I'm glad Henry told Faran about Kelly kissing him and didn't keep it a secret. Maybe there is one decent man on this show??
Also Ben Cook heyyy good for him getting those roles!
Ash just eating the pizza instead of directly answering Mouse's mom HAHA
Tabby's mom going OFF on Wes like that!!!
Faran going off on Sheriff Beasley!! QUEEN!
We got to see Imogen’s dad, interesting.
**The fact that he mentioned that Imogen’s mom stated in her will for Imogen to live with the Haworthes if anything bad happened though- TABOGEN WAS FATED!
Honestly the whole Beasley family situation was really sad- and like the fact that there are some families like this in real life- it was really giving me Melanie Martinez Dollhouse vibes for sure.
Oh I see Kelly x Faran as a potential headcanon.
Oh damn. It was Chip.
The whole scene when Imogen and Tabby confronted Chip though?Wow. Top tier acting from Bailee and Chandler. Powerful.
"This year has made us very, very good liars" ICONIC!
OMG THE FINAL EPISODE THOUGH HHHHHH
So much went DOWN!!
I'm still in shock with A doing that to Davie's body though- Tabby asking if Imogen was okay "Nope. Definitely not"
IMOGEN ADAMS DESERVES THE ENTIRE WORLD!! Fuck A for giving her life long trauma!
Not Angela's brother being named Archie- STOP WITH THE R*VERD*LE REFERENCES
IT WAS THE PRINCIPAL!!!! That was a good twist, I appreciate it.
Omg Kelly's mom stabbing Sheriff Beasley though was another twist I did not see coming.
1000000000+ points for adding a Motley Crue song in there!!
I absolutely LOVED the moment when the rest of the girls immediately stood up when the principal threatened to shoot Imogen and her baby- RIDE OR DIES FOR EACH OTHER YES
**THE FIGHT SCENE WITH IMOGEN AND A!!
MAKING CINEMATIC HISTORY
The camera angles in this show- absolutely DELICIOUS
Tabby being there when Imogen woke up in the hospital GO TABOGEN GO
The scene where everyone was celebrating Christmas together 🥺🥺 (every other ship kissing and then TABOGEN pls SEASON 2 SO WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!)
Also why did I know someone was going to say Die Hard when Tabby asked about favorite Christmas movies and why did it fit Shawn perfectly-
Aww Elodie and Shirley saying they're going to couples therapy GOOD FOR THEM!! (technically they ALL need it lol)
Interesting way to bring back some original PLL with that Aria and Ezra mention.. but when that baby finds out that her parents were in a student teacher relationship-
Overall glad that all those nasty men were EXPOSED. Especially the principal and Sheriff Beasley. Still wondering about Wes though. If there's a season 2 I'm keeping an eye on him too.
So Kelly was Kelly the whole time- I like that there’s a possibility that she stays friends with the Liars in the future- but like what if it’s still Karen? I wanna believe it’s Kelly and that Kelly is good but still.
And finally, Imogen saying she thinks it’s over
But A killed Sheriff Beasley AND came back for Chip-
When I first heard about this show, I was skeptical at first and didn't have many expectations going into it. I never watched the very first Pretty Little Liars series in its entirety, but this spinoff somehow managed to pull me in. Thank you PLLOS Original Sin for everything! What an amazing cast and show. I would definitely recommend this show to others.
SEASON 2, SEASON 2, SEASON 2

Pretty Little Liars Original Sin is okay. But it’s just okay.
Overall, the show was pretty good, until I got to the finale. That’s when I got so bored. I think, that if this show wasn’t attached to Pretty Little Liars, I think I would’ve liked it more. But my biggest problem is this-the girls are bland.
Arguably, the best girls are Imogen, Faran, and Kelly. Everyone else came off as one dimensional and didn’t have much of a presence. And even the ones I mentioned above weren’t great.
First of all, Imogen to me at least seemed fucking unhinged. Like actually crazy. And I feel like they could’ve gone somewhere with that. The entire show Imogen was the only one of the girls (sometimes, very few times, faran too) that seemed like she could plot and carry out revenge plots. But they didn’t do anything with her character. She was just the pregnant girl who predictably gave birth in the final chase. But she could’ve been so much more. When she said she wanted to kill Karen? When she screamed at her dead mom through the ougia board? she out of all the girls was actually insane, and was kinda manipulative to the others. if she was A that would’ve been legendary.
Faran was my favorite liar. She deserved to be more fleshed out. She was also kind of sinister at times, but her actions I could see one of the OG Liars doing. He threatening the sheriff? iconic. we deserved to see more of her outside of kelly and whatever her boyfriends name was.
now kelly? kelly was my favorite fucking character. She was so sketchy the entire show and I love her for that. Also, I’m in favor of the Kelly killed Karen to take over her life storyline. I wanted that to happen so badly. She was obsessed with Karen. I don’t want Kelly to actually be Karen. I feel like that’s too predictable.
Basically, these characters had potential and they went NOWHERE. and the other girls, Tabby, Noa, and Mouse, felt lackluster to me. Tabby literally did not go five minutes without mentioning a movie. Every time the girls hung out, she would ask what they’re favorite halloween/club/christmas movie was. it was all she talked about. I wish they would give her a personality outside of loving movies. and mouse’s whole storyline also felt blah to me. i thought she would’ve actually been kidnapped, not just grabbed. But i really hope they expand more on it in season 2. And Noa. I liked her, I really did, but she had no storyline. It was just her dealing with her mother and boyfriend doing drugs. That was it.And the girls friendship. It felt so forced. Save Imogen and Tabby, I couldn’t see them being friends. The only other girls who actually felt like friends was Faran and Kelly. I’d argue that Faran has a better connection with Kelly than any of the girls. I find it hard to believe that these girls are besties after 1 A text. I wish they expanded more on it, so it felt much more natural.
Also, these girls are hardly Liars. In the OG show, it was much more believable that A was threatening them. They had stuff they wanted to hide, and A was blackmailing them. And they couldn’t go to the police bc of the Jenna Thing. But this A? This A didn’t really have anything over them. If anyone was the Liars, it was their moms. And I know A told them not to go to the police, but why not? What would A do to them if they did?
And the boys. The boyfriends were so boring. I could barely remember their names. I miss the excitement of Caleb and Hanna. I want a relationship that I care about.
Finally, the A reveal. It was just so boring to me. The principal being A makes logical sense, and I have to give the writers that. It was much better than the Cece or Alex reveal, but I didn’t care about the principal or Archie. I wished A was a team of people, like Imogen and Kelly. I would’ve been so shocked at the reveal, and much more interested. I just didn’t care about the principal as a character, and barely cared about Archie. I was hoping the other A. Waters was either Mrs. or Mr. Beasley.
I think these are all things they can expand and improve on in the next season, and I hope they do. This show has a lot of potential, and I think it’ll last for a while. But I wish it wasn’t a PLL spinoff, because it is just a teen slasher show. Besides the occasional references, it has nothing to do with PLL, besides A, who they could’ve made a nameless figure who was threatening them.

The Titans’ pass rush can only improve with Yetur Gross-Matos
Photo by Gregory Fisher/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images
Can Tennessee get back to the AFC title game with a complement for Harold Landry?
Arguably no team in the NFL had a more surprising season than the Tennessee Titans. Many believe the Titans would be a middling team getting little national attention.
All it took to be much more than that was changing from Marcus Mariota to Ryan Tannehill at quarterback and a devotion to the run game. Derrick Henry took it from there. Henry was dominant in 2019, rushing for more than 1,500 yards and 16 touchdowns, leading the NFL in both categories.
Tennessee has had a mostly quiet offseason. Tannehill re-signed, Henry got the franchise tag, and the team brought in some solid pieces on defense. In the SB Nation NFL writers’ mock draft, Justin Melo of Music City Miracles is here to add another player to it.
29. Tennessee Titans: Yetur Gross-Matos, Edge, Penn State
Melo: Gross-Matos would serve as an intriguing option for the Titans at 29th overall. His length routinely pops on tape. He plays with terrific extension and can make plays in both the run game and passing game. He eats up a lot of grass with his first step off the ball, and should become a quality player at the next level.
The Titans need to do a better job at getting pressure on the quarterback in 2020 and beyond. They didn’t apply enough pressure to Patrick Mahomes in the AFC Championship Game, allowing Mahomes way too much time in the pocket en route to a comeback victory. The signing of Vic Beasley should help with that, but he may be a one-year rental.
Gross-Matos has the skillset to complement Harold Landry on the other side. The Titans love front multiplicity, and Gross-Matos has the tools to be deployed in their unique and complex defense. He can rush the passer from the inside or outside. He would give head coach Mike Vrabel a nice piece to work with on defense.
Analysis: A pass rusher, or someone who blocks pass rushers? That’s the decision the Titans will have to make in the first round this year. In our mock draft, there are several good offensive tackles available who can replace the departed Jack Conklin on the right side. Veteran Dennis Kelly shouldn’t be relied on to be a full-time starter.
But if the choice is a pass rusher, Gross-Matos is a good one. In Tennessee’s defense, there would be situations where Beasley, Gross-Matos, and Landry would all be on the field at the same time. Good luck getting your quarterback enough time with that type of speed.
Top five remaining players:
15. Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon
22. Grant Delpit, S, LSU
23. Austin Jackson, OT, USC
26. Ezra Cleveland, OT, Boise State
27. Antoine Winfield Jr., S, Minnesota
Pick No. 30, belonging to the Green Bay Packers, will be up at 1 p.m. ET with Evan Western of Acme Packing Company stopping by for his pick.

Bruce Conner: It's All True
Artist Bruce Conner (1933–2008) moved to San Francisco in 1957 and quickly enmeshed himself in the Bay Area’s distinctive cultural milieu, combining a vision and a multifaceted body of work that went beyond the limitations of any genre. From early assemblages of the 1950s and 1960s to iconic and pioneering works in film, from photography and photograms to prints, drawings, and paintings, Conner’s oeuvre continues to exert tremendous influence on artists working today. This historic retrospective catalogue will be the definitive resource on this important artist for decades to come. Offering a highly anticipated contemporary perspective on Conner, it will prove revelatory in assessing his output and place in postwar art. Illustrated in full color throughout, this comprehensive volume provides access to a range of material that has never been published, including early paintings from the 1950s and works from the last decade of Conner’s life, along with a trove of fascinating ephemeral materials. The publication features original scholarship by a range of luminaries, including essays by Frieling, Garrels, Stuart Comer, Diedrich Diederichsen, Rachel Federman, and Laura Hoptman as well as contributions from Michelle Barger, Kevin Beasley, Dara Birnbaum, Carol Bove, Stan Brakhage, Will Brown, David Byrne, Johanna Gosse, Roger Griffith, Kellie Jones, Christian Marclay, Greil Marcus, Michael McClure, Megan Randall, Henry S. Rosenthal, Dean Smith, and Kristine Stiles.
