Reverse lunges is one of my favourite leg 🦵 exercise. Its specially good for people with knee pain Add the dumbell to the exercise and it becomes challenging. We can always load heavy weights according to our own strength and capacity. Was gasping for breath during this exercise specially if done after squats. Good for the quads and hamstrings also..
