jesus christ i lost my temper today at this one individual from my university 😭😭

it eould have been okay IF IT WASNT IN FRONT OF THE TEACHER OVERSEEING OUR TRAINING

#literally kms #i just got rly pissed bc she kept shifting the blame and acting extremely rudely towards others #AND NOT DOING HER PART IN THE COURSE #one of my friends has been holding lessons with her and my friend has made ALL the lesson plans #all the powerpoints #ALL THE PLANNING #and then she comes in LATE doesnt know where any of the stuff is and not even looking at the plan -> everything goes to shit #like no structure to the lessons and one teacher saying one thing and the other something else #and when someone tries to tell her abt it she acts like a victim #apparently i bullied her bc i told her that shes rly hard to work with #and like I know it was wrong of me to yell (am gonna apologize for that) #but im not sorry at all abt anything i said #just abt the way i said it #bc she absolutely needs to know that she cannot act like that when working with others #(also we’ve had to like remind her of her own classes and like what grades shes teaching and WHEN bc apprently reading texts or taking notes #is impossible #like im tired of her acting like she does nothing wrong and any critique shr gets is bullying #like someone telling you to plan your classes isnt bullying you jfc
