✸♡. Where would I be without 🎶 F R I E N D S 🎶 !! .♡✸

In the last few years i’ve always come to love and look forward to the summertime. It always seems to be the time of year I have the biggest adventures, funnest moments, and get into the craziest things. For instance, I got the once in a lifetime chance to see my favorite musical, Hamilton, live. At the same time, Magikarp became one of my top favorite beloved water Pokechildren, right after that I played myself getting tripped into infinite video game hell with four losers on a road trip in my first Final Fantasy game. I watched my favorite speedy hedgehog and his friends RISE BACK to their glory in a True Blue™ revive and just when I thought all dreams couldn’t be reality TOY STORY shows up in KINGDOM HEARTS ya’ll. TOY STORY GONNA BE IN KINGDOM HEARTS YA’LL.

That said, with all of those things, I took notice how just about everything this summer’s offered me has had some unifying line of friendship tucked in it somewhere. And as I rode out Hurricane Harvey, I realized just how great friends are and—just like the many video game characters I adore and love—how good are the ones that motivate, encourage, and surround me. As many of you do or don’t know by now i’ve always gotta close my a one great summer send off post! And though this one’s a bit LATE no thanks to Hurricane Harvey craziness, I couldn’t let the tradition die! For third year in a row ( ♫ WITH THE HELP OF HYPER POTIONS YET AGAIN ♥ ♫ ) here’s another commemoration a huge summer of growth in my life and a big thanks all of you for being a friend! Whether you realize you’ve been one to me or not! ♥

to my roleplay partners:

I'm sorry I have been away and I've been such a shitty partner in the past weeks. I promise I haven't forgotten our plots but I did want to give you an explanation why I haven't been online.

So, I don't know if some of you know but I'm half Serbian and my mother resides in Serbia which means I don't see her very often except for important dates like Christmas. Like most people, I have vacations during Christmas but during this time I visit my father. However, Christmas in Serbia is celebrated on another date as they still use the old Julian calendar and by that time I don't have vacations. Anyway, so I've been taking a lot of extra shifts in order to apply for a few days off to spend Christmas with my mother.

I don't think I'll manage to get many replies during this month as I get home exhausted but I can assure you that after November I'll have a lot more free time and I will reply to all of you.

I made it to a place that I never thought I’d get to.

If you told my sixteen year old self that today I would be celebrating my twentieth birthday, I would’ve believed that you were lying because at the time, I was convinced that I wouldn’t live longer than seventeen (eighteen if I was lucky) because I was in a very toxic situation - to put it bluntly, after I had been cyber-bullied for almost two years, I developed an addiction to cutting after being depressed for so long. It got to the point where I wouldn’t go anywhere without something sharp to cut myself with hidden in my bag (including family holidays where I’d hide them in my suitcase)

I believed that I would end up killing myself because I felt that little of myself.

While I was lying in hospital after trying to kill myself a few weeks before Christmas in 2013, I realised that the only thing stopping me from living my life weren’t the assholes online posting nothing but hateful comments about me, it was my own brain.

I’d spent so long fighting what was in my brain to realise that my head could be the way for me to find my freedom. So I stopped fighting it. I stopped fighting my craziness I had tried to suppress to be normal and accepted and I finally decided to come clean about everything.

I stopped being shy about my addiction or my suicidal past or dealing with bullying or even having Aspergers Syndrome - I wanted to openly admit them because admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery.

Four years later, I may not be happy all the time but I’m happier than I ever thought I would be when I was sixteen.

I’m not saying recovery is easy and that you won’t relapse or feel like giving up at times; I’m saying that recovery is worth all the pain you’ll go through.

I’d like to personally thank my best friend in the entire world who’s been through everything with me and never gave up on me, even when I gave up on myself; @lucasdelcs/@theozerasfire. I love you so much.

And my Enemy family who accepted me for who I was and willingly put up with my crap on a daily basis; my braefe for life @shortforesmerelda, my bro and fake child @goneenemy, my heda and lil cinnamon roll @marcofelixed/@boyishlydogsled, my poor biatch who I love to pieces @subject-a5 and my main girl to go to with my Shadow and Jester headcanons @jester-the-magic-man. I love you all so much, you’re all some of my closest friends and I would gladly stay up all night to make sure you’re okay and make sure you’re loved.

Announcement Time

Hey everyone! I just wanted to apologize to everyone for barely being on here but this last semester of school was so stressful. I do not recommended doing a internship while still taking a few classes. Either way, I want to thank you guys for sticking around and still being my partners! I will be back officially after my graduation next weekend. Of course, I might be still slow at doing replies once I go back to work but I will have more time to be on here!
