Sikh Nihang Singh Khalsa Adjustable Belt Kamarkasa Loop Royal Blue Waist Belt
Sikh Nihang Singh Khalsa Adjustable Belt Kamarkasa with Loop or Without Loop - Royal Blue - Adjustable Size - Waist Belt
Loop is subject to availability as most of manufacturers are not putting loops on belts these days.
Size Suitable for Waist measurements between 28 inch to 43 inch.
KamarKasa/Sikh Waist Belt
Please note these KamarKassa/Waist Belts are hand made in the holy City of Amritsar Sahib ji (Blessed City of Golden Temple/Darbar Sahib and Harmandir Sahib Ji)
Kamarkasa is a sash bound around waist to hold weapons a essential part of Nihang dress. It is also called cumberband or Belt or waist sash or waistband.
This kamarkasa with stich buttons is black in colour and made of the best quality fabric which guarantees long durability. Easy to fasten/unfasten and adjust size with the stitch buttons.
The kamarkasa has always been essential in the dress attire of Gursikhs as it is sign of being battle ready. Giani Gian Singh describes Singhs in his Panth Prakash of usually just wearing a Dumalla, Kachera and a kamarkasa, with sometimes blankets to cover them from the cold. In the sakhi of Sukha Singh in Panth Prakash, Rattan Singh Bhangoo describes Bh Sukha Singh as such: ਕਮਰ ਕੱਸਾ ਨਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਰਖੇ, ਲੜਣ ਘੁਲਨ ਕੋ ਤਯਾਰ ॥ His battlefield Kamarkasa [Weapons belt] was tied tightly day and night, Sukha Singh was always ready to battle and wrestle. Those with the knowledge of Shastar-vidiya know how important the kamarkasa plays in drawing their weapon quickly. Whereas a gathra requires the effort from both hands to draw their weapon, the kamarkasa allows for the drawing of a weapon with one hand. When entering Guru Sahibs Darbar we should tie a Kamarkasa along with Hazooria. Kavi Santokh Singh jee has said in Suraj Prakash that Kamarkasa is very essential as is part of Khalsa Bana. Kavi jee writes a great line in his work stating that Gursikhs of Sri Guru Gobind Singh jees time always wore Kamarkasa. ਕਮਰ ਕਸਾ ਕਰਿ ਦੇਹੁ ਦਿਖਾਈ । ਹਮਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਇ ਅਧਿਕਾਈ । When showing yourself to me have your Kamar Kasa tied, in such a way I shall be extremely happy And those that would not tie one Guru Sahib wouldn't take notice of them. ਕਮਰ ਕਸੇ ਬਿਨ ਜੋ ਸਿਖ ਜਾਇ । ਤਿਸ ਪਰ ਰੁਖ ਨਹਿ ਕਰੈਂ ਕਦਾਇ ।।੧੦।। Those Sikhs who went towards the Guru without wearing a Kamarkasa ,Guru Sahib would never look towards them. This shows the very importance of Kamarkasa, it is really only the Nihang Dals that have kept this Rehat alive, all others have become weak in this Tatt-Rehat. We should strive to follow all Gur-Hukams, Guru Sahib jee Mehar Karan. The appearance of a Singh/Singhni is complete with weapons (Hazooria & Kamarkasa aswell), when Guru Sahib jee see's this He becomes extremely happy.

Star Trek Aliens Names Bank
Compiled for your convenience, a bank of canon names for the most common aliens of Star Trek.
These are compiled from Memory Alpha and Memory Beta. I tried to distinguish given and surnames as best I could, and generally did not include a name if it was too unclear. Same goes for names of individuals without a specified gender, since we don't know if or how names are gendered for these various cultures. This is also the reason why names are split by gender at all. Beta canon was occasionally used to distinguish given names v. surnames for Alpha canon names (such as Dukat being specified as a surname). For characters that were spies disguised as another species, if their alter ego had a distinct name, I gave each name to their respective species. If not (i.e. Seska), I did not include the name because its unclear to which culture the name derives from. There is a good amount of guesswork in here, and undoubtedly errors.
Species included are Andorians, Bajorans, Betazoids, Bolians, Caitians, Cardassians, Denobulans, Ferengi, Jem'Hadar, Klingons, Orions, Romulans, Tellarites, Trill, Vorta, and Vulcans.
This can be used for general reference at the sorts of names appropriate to each species, or for random generation based on phonemes, such as can be found in Azgaar's Fantasy Map Generator, whose namesbase feature was the base concept used for this.
Several of these have very small sample sizes, and may produce janky results in phoneme generators. Male names are overrepresented for pretty much every species. Make of that what you will
Andorian
Andorians in Alpha Canon are generally referred to by only one name, but in Beta Canon have an expanded naming system (only names aligning with this system are included), with a given name, a surname prefix (ch' for chan, sh' for shen, th' for thaan, and zh' for zhen), and a surname, generally taken from the zhavey (zhen parent). They also tend to have nicknames, which are included on a separate line. Chan and thaan are often considered to more or less correspond to masculinity, and when dealing with binary species, tend to use he/him pronouns, with shen and zhen being the same towards femininity and generally using she/her pronouns.

Romulan
Romulans in Alpha canon seem to have a simple given name surname system, but are said to have three names: one for outsiders, one for family, and a true name. In Beta canon, Romulans have a given name, may or may not have an additional middle name, and have a surname. There are prefixes as well, with gendered prefixes (t' for female, tr' for male, and s' for groups (and presumably non-binary); omitted in familiar settings) for surnames and prefixes for middle names (i' when using the full name, ir' for formality lacking one or more names), as well as T' occasionally being added to any part of a female name.

Tellarite
In Alpha canon, we only have singular names for male Tellarites. Beta canon gives most Tellarites a given name and surname. There does appear to be some sort of naming system at place, with uncapitalized middle names, but I haven't read any books featuring Tellarites and don't know what it may be. If someone does know, please pass it on. These middle have been included with the surnames.

Vulcan
Vulcans have family names, but these are said to be unpronouncable by humans and generally never mentioned, hence not being shown here. In general, 'T' starting a name indicates its being feminine, and 'S' starting a name indicates its being masculine. Multiple characters of either gender have been shown with the 'opposite' starting letter, and Beta canon has mentioned a tradition of bestowing the name of a family matriarch upon a male child and a tradition of not naming newborns and instead naming them at some unspecified later date.

Prospectus and promoters: A guide
This article is written by Mehar Verma, currently pursuing BBA.LLB from Jindal Global Law School (3rd year). The author in this article talks about the meaning and importance of prospectus and promoters under the Companies Act, 2013.
Introduction
Whether you are starting a new company, raising money through issuing of shares or buying shares of any company, you are required to have the necessary knowledge about the prospectus and promoters of a company. To get a better understanding of the role of the prospectus, let’s assume there is a company ABC Ltd. which is issuing its share in the market. Before issuing the shares to the public, the company will be required to file a registration statement, disclosing all the material information about the company. Part of such registration statement is a prospectus. It is based on the prospectus of a company that an investor decides whether or not to become a shareholder of that company.
As a prospectus decides the fate of the company and shareholders, concealment of any material facts or untrue statement would attract civil or criminal liability towards the company. Considering the same example, if ABC in its prospectus states that it received a profit of INR 5,00,000 in the last financial year, which in turn induced Mr. X to invest. However at a later stage, Mr. X found out that the statement was untrue and in reality, ABC ltd had incurred a profit of only INR 4,00,000 only, then ABC ltd will be liable.
Promoters also play a crucial role in the working and incorporation of a company. They select the managing body of the corporation, prepare all the necessary legal and formal documents, find first directors and advertise the prospectus.
What is a prospectus under Company Law
A prospectus is a formal document given out by a company, when such a company wants to sell its securities or bonds to the public, containing all the necessary details about the sale, including the company’s financial position, the number of shares offered, types of securities being offered, etc. Section 2(70) of the Companies Act, 2013 defines prospectus as any document described or issued as prospectus and includes RHP or shelf hearing prospectus referred to in Section 31 or any notice, circular, advertisement or other document inviting offers from the public for the subscription or purchase of any securities of a body corporate.
A prospectus shall be issued by or on behalf of a company only when it has been delivered to the registrar for registration. A prospectus is to be issued to the public within 90 days from the date of delivery to the registrar and no shall prospectus shall be valid if it is issued after the expiration of such period.
Section 23 of the Companies Act, 2013 provides that a public company may issue securities to the public through a prospectus.
Application forms
Section 33 of the Companies Act, 2013 states that no application for the purchase of any securities can be issued unless such form is accompanied by a suitable prospectus.
This rule has two exceptions:
When an application is issued to invite a person to enter into an underwriting agreement concerning such securities
When an application is issued about securities that are not offered to the public.
Public issue
Any public company can issue securities to the public by complying with the provisions mentioned in Part I of Chapter III of the Companies Act, 2013. A public issue can be either in the form of the initial public offer (IPO) or follow on public offering (FPO). With an IPO, an unlisted public company can either make a fresh issue of securities or offer its existing securities for sale for the first time to the public while an FPO allows an already listed company to make a fresh issue of securities to the public. Both IPO and FPO are governed by SEBI, and the corresponding laws and regulations.
Contents of prospectus
As per Section 26 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rule 3 of Companies (prospectus and allotment of securities) Rules, 2014 a prospectus must be signed and dated and have the following details:
Name and address of the registered office of the company, company secretary, Chief Financial Officer, auditors, legal advisers, bankers, trustees, if any, underwriters and such other person as may be prescribed,
Dates of the opening and closing of the issue,
A statement by the Board of Directors of separate bank account,
Details about underwriting of the issue,
Consent of the directors, auditors, banker to the issue, expert’s opinion, if any, and of any other person as may be prescribed,
The authority of the issue and the details of the resolution passed thereafter,
Procedure and time schedule for allotment and issue of securities,
Capital structure of the company in the prescribed manner,
Main objects of the public offer, terms of the present issue and such other particulars as may be prescribed,
Main objects and present business of the company and its location, schedule of implementation of the project,
Particulars relating to:
Management perception of risk factors specific to the projects,
Gestation period of the project,
Extent of progress made in the project,
Deadlines for completion of the project and,
Any litigation or legal action pending or taken by a Government Department of a statutory body during the last past five years immediately preceding the year of the issue of prospectus against the promoter of the company,
Minimum subscription, amount payable by way of premium, issues of shares otherwise than on cash,
Details of directors including their appointments and remuneration, and such particulars of the nature and extent of their interests in the company as may be prescribed, and
Disclosures in such manner as may be prescribed about sources of promoter’s contribution.
If any prospectus is issued without the mention of any of the above-mentioned content, then the company and every person who is a party to the issue of prospectus shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years or with a fine not less than INR 50,000 which may extend to INR 3 lakhs, or with both.

Procedure for changing the terms of the prospectus
Any change or variation in the terms and objects of the prospectus shall be done only passing of a special resolution through postal ballot and the notice of such resolution should have the following details:
Particulars of the terms of the contract to be varied,
Particulars of the proposed variation,
Reasons or justification for such variation,
Effect of the proposed variation in the financial statement or position of the company,
Major risk factors pertaining to the new objects.
Secondly, an advertisement of the notice for getting the resolution passed for varying the terms shall be published in PAS-1 form simultaneously with dispatch of postal ballot notices to shareholders.
Deemed prospectus
When a company offers any security to the public for sale, including shares and debentures, then any document through which such sale is made shall be deemed to be a prospectus under Section 25 of the Company Act, 2013.
A deemed prospectus shall be subject to the same liabilities and obligation as a prospectus defined under Section 2(70) of the Act. In Iridium India Telecom ltd vs Motorola Incorporated & ors, it was held that as the nature of the document was that of a deemed prospectus while issuing it, the promoter was required to make a true and full disclosure of all the relevant facts.
Shelf prospectus
According to Section 31 of the Companies Act, 2013 a shelf prospectus is a document issued by the securities and exchange board of India specified companies that issue securities more than once over a period of time without issuing further prospectus. Financial institutions like banks, insurance companies tend to engage in fundraising activities at a very frequent rate, to reduce the process of registering the prospectus again and again the concept of shelf prospectus was introduced, thus when a self prospectus is issued then the issuer is not required to issue a separate prospectus of any kind for each offering. The shelf prospectus must include the validity period of the prospectus which shall not exceed one year. This period commences from the opening date of the first offer.
If in between from the time when the shelf prospectus was issued and when the fundraising was required, the company experiences any significant or any material change, which is required to be informed to the investor, then the same should be done through information memorandum.
Information memorandum
As per Section 31(2) of the Company Act, 2013 a company filing a shelf prospectus shall be required to file an information memorandum. Information memorandum contains all the relevant changes that have taken place in the company, including the financial changes, from the time of the first offer of a security or previous offer of securities. Before issuing the subsequent offer of securities under the shelf prospectus, the information memorandum is to be filed with the registrar within 3 months as given under Rule 4CCA of section 60A(3) of the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956.
Where a company or any other person receives application along with advance payments for the subscription of security before the changes were made in the information memorandum, then such changes must be communicated to the applicant. If the applicant thereafter, wishes to withdraw their application, the company shall return all the money received within 15 days.
Remedies for misrepresentation in a prospectus
An investor determines the financial position, liabilities and the current market position of a company through its prospectus, thus to ensure the interest of the investor, no material facts should be misrepresented or concealed. However reasonable puffing up of prospectus does not attract any liability. For instance, an advertisement claiming that their product will make your teeth whiter than white, then it would not amount to misrepresentation, as no reasonable person would believe such an advertisement. A statement is said to be misrepresented if it satisfies the following:
Untrue statement,
Intends to produce the wrong statement,
Conceals material facts,
Omits material facts.
An investor, investing based on the misrepresented prospectus has a right to claim damages or rescind the contract.
Damages for deceit
A victim of a misleading statement is entitled to receive damages if they have suffered monetary loss as a direct consequence of the misleading prospectus. Section 447 of the Companies Act provides that any person or company that is found to be guilty of fraud or deceit shall be liable to fine. The amount of fine shall not be less than the amount involved in fraud but may exceed till three times the fraud amount involved. If it is a case of contributory negligence or if the victim contributed towards its loss in any manner, then the court can reduce the damages to be awarded accordingly.
Rescission for misrepresentation
If there is a misrepresentation of a material fact or an omission of such fact in the prospectus, the contract can be rescinded or cancelled by the aggrieved party. While rescinding the contract, the parties can not rescind a part of the contract, the whole of the agreement is to be rescinded. However, the right to rescind is lost in the following circumstances:
By affirmation
The shareholder loses his right to rescind if he had the full knowledge of the misrepresentation made in the prospectus and yet upheld the contract. When the shareholder does any of the following, knowingly that the prospectus was misrepresented, he loses his right to rescind:
Attempts to sell his shares,
Executes a transfer,
Pays call money,
Receives dividend,
Attends and votes at the general meeting.
By unreasonable delay
Unreasonable delay or lapse of time can be another reason for bar to rescission. A shareholder, if he wants to cancel his contract, must do it within a reasonable time, he does not have unlimited time to rescind the contract. If a prompt decision is not taken up by the shareholder, he cannot be relieved from his obligation to pay for his shares.
By commencement of winding up
Once the company has started the process of winding up, the shareholders can’t claim damages or rescindment of contract on the ground of misrepresentation in the prospectus. In Shiromani Sugar Mills Ltd v Debi Prasad, the court held that the right of rescission is lost on commencement of the winding up of the company and as the shareholder had not taken any active steps to avoid the contract during the working of the company neither they gave any indication of their intention to avoid the contract at any time, he has no right to rescind. But where a shareholder has started active proceedings to be relieved of his shares, the passage of winding up during pendency would not prevent his relief.
When statement deemed to be untrue
Any prospectus issued in contravention of Section 26 of the Companies Act is deemed to be untrue. The company would be punishable with a fine ranging between INR 50,000 and INR 3,00,00 and all the people who are a party to the issue of such prospectus may be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
Criminal liability
Section 34 of the Companies Act, 2013 imposes criminal liability on every person authorised to issue a prospectus for excluding or including any material facts which are likely to mislead the shareholders or investors. In DLF ltd v SEBI, the court declared that the defendants were to be held liable as there was concealment of material facts in their prospectus. As this was done to mislead and induce the investors to buy the shares of DLF, it is to be considered fraud. A person shall not be held liable if he proves the omission was immaterial or that he had reasonable grounds to believe that the statement issued was true. In Derry vs Peek, the court did not find the defendants liable as the statement made by them in the prospectus was made by them in the honest belief that it was true.
Acceptance of deposits under Company law
Deposits include the money received against subscription to any securities including the share application money. Section 73 of the Company Act, 2013 provides that after the commencement of this Act no deposit shall be invited, accepted or renewed from the public in contravention to the provisions provided in this Act.
Who is a promoter under Company law?
Section 2(69) of the Companies Act, 2013 provides that promoter means a person who has been named as such in the prospectus or is identified by the company, has control over the affairs of the company, directly or indirectly and in accordance with whose advice, directions or instructions the Board of Director of the company is accustomed to act. Thus a promoter is a person who discovers the business opportunity and takes the required steps in the formation of a company. He is the one who undertakes the task of reaching the stage of incorporating the company. The status of the promoter is generally terminated when the board of directors has been formed and they start governing the company. They handover the control of the company to its directors, essentially post incorporation of the company, it is post this step that the promoter’s fiduciary and common law duties cease, and he is subject to more extensive duties in dealing with the company.
Duties and liabilities of a promoter
A promoter gives the practical shape to the idea of a company and renders a very useful service in the formation of a company. A promoter may be an individual, firm or company that originates the scheme, prepares executes and registers memorandum of association and articles of association. He finds the first directors of the company and enters into preliminary contracts. In Kelner v Baxter, the court held that contracts entered by promoters on behalf of the company cannot be ratified after the formation of the company, as the company was not in existence when the contracts were executed.
The promoters are in a fiduciary relationship with the company and they should not be making in any secret profit at the expense of the company. For instance, buying property at a lower price and then selling it to the company at a higher rate after incorporation of the company.
Normally promoters become directors of the company after incorporation of the company. However, whether or not a promoter becomes director, he is still fiduciary liable to the company with respect to the pre-incorporation contracts entered into and profits incurred.
In Erlanger v New Somrero Phosphate Co, the court laid down that if a promoter does not disclose his interest in the contract with the company, it is a breach of duty of the promoter and the contract can be rescinded by the company and the amount to be repaid to the company with interest. In Leeds and Hanley theatres of Varieties ltd damages were awarded for breach of promoter’s duty whereas in Cape Brenton co. it was held that if a promoter had acquired property before he became a promoter and if the company has affirmed the contract then no remedy is available for breach of promoters’ fiduciary duties.
Conclusion
Every public company issuing shares either through an IPO or FPO has to file a prospectus which a formal document containing all the material statements about a company required by the investors before acquiring shares in the company. All prospectus, including shelf prospectus and deemed prospectus, must be true to the knowledge of the company and all those responsible for issuing of the prospectus, as any omission or concealment of material facts, attract liability. In circumstances of fraud and misrepresentation, the aggravated party has the right to damages, compensation and to rescind the contract.
As the promoter plays a significant role in the incorporation of the company and other legal formalities, he has a fiduciary relationship with the company and can be held liable for breach of his duties.

"I saw a beautiful girl named MEHAR"
I want to share something today I saw girl of 7 year old her name was Mehar the beautiful name as beautiful she was, the shining and courageous eyes the beautiful satisfied smile I mean the beautiful mature level smile yeah. Today i understand and actually saw one thing maturity comes with responsibilities understanding not with age. so you all will think why am i sharing the characteristics of that girl ? and really I never saw a girl who is just 7 and selling samosas she was having one basket she has kept there Garma Garam Samosa sorry I don't know English version. and the main thing was she was alone most of the time what happened with this kind of age of kids or smaller than them you know they used to come with their mother with some kids when they ask for money like they beg I mean to say that Beggar. but she was not the beggar she was earning money a very courageous person she was all alone, she was all alone yeah so what actually happened, I went to shop to buy a mobile phone for my brother. there I found that girl who came to me and asked me to buy samosas well at this time I mean the Corona period we used to cover our faces and we need to do hand wash and all so I was not buying that well I don't want to buy that one so I have given one mango Which was brought by my grandfather so I have given mango and after that went in the shop. So When i came out of that shop I saw a girl eating that's the same girl was eating mango it seems thar she was very hungry she was eating mango the way I used to eat. So actually apart from me another girl was there who's talking with her and we both were old enough as I am 27 now and she was just 7 years. So basically 20 years younger than me but the courage she was having.... but the courage she was having I may not have. When she was eating mango so another girl like me already there talking to her asking her if she want to eat sabji Roti so she mehar said no to her. the another girl said it seems that you are very hungry so so she said that yes I am because I haven't ate today and came early morning to sale the samosas my mother Made samosas and, and now I came here to sell them so I was eager to know about her i asked her about why she came all alone she said that my mother is at home she is preparing samosas. I said where is your father? She said that my father is halvai. I said ok you are all alone she said no I mean to say that your having any brother sister in that way so she said that yes I am having two brothers and the way.... and the way she was telling was of mature level U know I mean to say at this age with manners she said yes I am having two brothers one is elder than me and one is younger than me and then she repeated I am elder than my younger brother and younger than my elder brother then why you have came alone i asked , where is your brother ?
she said that he is at home he is playing I said OK then why you have came she said I used to come I used to sell this things I said don't come alone she said no it's OK to me I used to come and you know what once I have earned 500 rupees and given to my parents I was like.. We used to spend money on this and that and still think to spend more on unwanted things still we complain. I think she was self made a self depended at this age and definitely she's gonna do something much much better or maybe she is someone we can look for.... I said that don't you feel fear you know she is a girl and as a crime is all around in Our places.
so I asked that if someone ask you to come here and there. don't go and if someone ask you an offer you some food you know then don't go I was concerned about the girl. But she was smilling and replied me no i dont go. I asked her that you go to school she said I used to go but now at this time I am helping my family. and she was like I can't explain I never saw a girl I never saw a beautiful girl like this Meher As name is so beautiful as she was and the courageous eyes the self made satisfied and self dependent person at this small age . there are many people who suffer from lots of things and we stupid people we want this we want that you know we don't want to suffer from something. I mean to be get tense from something and for her it was just...I wish I wish may she live very nicely she should grew up nicely and become the beautiful star as her name was Meher really she was she is priceless gift to his family to his parents to his brother somewhere I found responsibilities on the small Shoulders I wish may she get everything she want in her life and may God help her and may be she live safely in this world.

Hello Friends, today Our topic of discussion is "Where to buy Solar Panels in Kurukshetra, Haryana"
First of all I would request you all to Like, Share and subscribe this Channel to get more tips and tricks about Solar Energy, solar panels and solar power plants in India.
Where to buy Solar Panels in Kuruk shetra, Haryana
While we make research upon issues relating to the core question i.e. where to buy solar panels in Kuruk shetra, Haryana, we must analyze few points concerning type of solar plant we wish to install. So first and foremost question arises in our mind is where to buy solar panels in our own city or local vendors. But before that I would recommend to explore the options of solar power plants we need for our households, dwellings, business, commercial sites, shopping malls etc. This becomes the sole criterion and deciding factor about the reply of our subject question. Let me further explain that we normally find three types of solar power plants in existence
1. On-Grid Rooftop Solar Power Plant – Normally installed at such places where grid availability is almost for 24 hours and the user wishes to reduce his/her electric bills to the tunes of 90%.
2. Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power Plant – This would be implied for premises where grid availability is limited to 18 to 20 hours and the owner desire to cut down his electric bills as well as standby power backup system for 4 to 6 hours.
3. Off-Grid Rooftop Solar Power Plant – This is standalone system, mostly used at such places where either there is no electricity or very limited like villages and towns etc. The owner wants full power backup in the absence of grid (electricity).
Choose wisely while selecting Solar Panels Installer
So, once we have already decided the kind of plant we wish to install from the choices given, we would certainly do a market research. Since the solar power plants needs to be installed by technically sound and expert person hence it is not recommended to adventure with DO IT YOURSELF stuff or any online gimmicks. We need to choose a solar vendor / system integrator / solar developer / EPC Company who are competent enough to integrate solar system with electric meters, inverters, batteries and other integral systems. Please do not ever be fooled by cheap quality or cheap vendors. Always do a market survey either online google search or local businesses to find out who is who and who is the best among available locally to get benefits of AFTER SALE SERVICE and maintenance of solar power plants. So when we talk about our core question i.e. where to buy solar panels in Kuruk shetra, Haryana, we are not buying the solar panels but we are hiring solar professionals for installation of rooftop solar power plants at our premises. The size of solar power plant may vary however even a smallest unit of 300 watt also needs an attention of a solar technician. Let it be a smaller or bigger plant, hiring of a technically sound professional becomes very much important in view of initial investment, size of plant and life of plant (normally 25 years).
I hope you now understand the value of a trained and thorough solar professional for installation of solar power plants. Let me make very clearly that it is not a simple of connecting wires but a pure science of solar is required to be applied in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). The job starts right from inviting quotations, agreement between user and vendor, site survey, documentation, payment, commissioning of plants, subsidy, net metering etc. However, for off-grid plants it is simply ordering and getting it installed from a trained professional solar technician / vendor.
Which Solar Panels to be Bought and from where?
You may like to buy solar panels from a variety of solar panel producers, including Sunfuel Technology, Veekram Solar, Rhine Solar, Kirloskar, Microtek, HVR Solar, I B Solar, Waree, Mehar Solar, Tata Power, Adani, Jinko, Canadian Solar. Prices of solar modules differs from brand to brand. Prices of solar Photovoltaic Modules also would differ as per the size, brand, wattage as well as voltage. To find out various rates of the panels you may like to visit DayRise Solar Enerdy’s Contact Page on its official Website DayRise Solar – One stop solution to your solar requirements or through telephonic communication given therein.  Do not buy solar panels online or from cheap vendors. Since solar panels are worth to run 25 years and beyond hence your investment must be wise for the genuine Solar panels and not the fake one. Solar Power plants with cheap panels and low standard accessories would not stand for a longer period of 25 years thus forfeiting the basic purpose of your investment into solar energy. So think twice before buying cheap stuff. Let the expert team of DayRise Solar do the job for you. They are simply one call away and ever ready for consultation, site visits, quotation, price estimation, installation and commissioning of Solar Power Plants.
Where can I buy solar panels or get help for installation?
Before raising any query about rates of solar panels, you need to be doubly sure about what kind of solar power plant you need to install. There are various types of solar power plants i.e. On-Grid Rooftop Solar Power Plants, Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power Plants and Off-Grid Rooftop Solar Power Plants. So, once you have determined the kind of plant you need to install at your residence, school, college, institute, commercial venture, malls, office etc, you may like to seek help of local solar developer or solar system integrator like DayRise Solar who are fully competent and technically expert in engineering, procurement, construction and installation of Solar Power Plants in Sonipat, Delhi NCR as well as Kuruk shetra, Haryana region.
Do I really need to hire trained Solar Professional?
Solar Panel or solar power plant installation utterly needs sound knowledge, technical know-how and technical experts to consult, analyse and integrate a solar power plant with various components i.e. Solar Panels, connectors, wires, AJB, DJB, SPD, Lighting Arresters, Earthing, Net Meter etc. Since it involves electrification, hence strongly NOT RECOMMENDED “Do It Yourself” kind of stuff. Stay Away from so called tips, tricks and hacks about solar energy. Moreover your life is more precious than handling electricity yourself and inviting troubles for self and family. So, choose wisely, choose right equipment, right people to do the right job. Hope your understand the value of core professionalism.

KamarKasa/Sikh Waist Belt Please note these KamarKassa/Waist Belts are hand made in the holy City of Amritsar Sahib ji (Blessed City of Golden Temple/Darbar Sahib and Harmandir Sahib Ji) Kamarkasa is a sash bound around waist to hold weapons a essential part of Nihang dress. Reared in punjab, milked in gujarat, for sale in delhi
Supply chain disruption: Reared in punjab, milked in gujarat, for sale in delhi
India’s No. 1 cow-breeding state suffers twin body blow, first from gau-rakshaks and now from notebandi
When farmers have no hard cash with which to buy things – in this case, cattle – the impact isn’t just on themselves. It’s also on other farmers – those in the business of breeding and supplying the same animals, ready to be milked by the former lot. Nowhere is the above special cash crunch-imposed crisis more apparent than in Punjab, India’s No. 1 cow breeding state that supplies an estimated 3 lakh animals – mostly Holstein Friesian crossbreds – worth Rs 2,400-2,500 crore annually to other states. A third of it goes to Gujarat alone, with Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh accounting for the rest.
This entire business – of cows that are reared in Punjab, milked in Gujarat and whose produce comes back for sale, including in Delhi and other northern markets – has been hit by the Narendra Modi government’s November 8 decision to demonetise all existing Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 denomination currency notes.
Punjab has some 6,500 dairy farmers owning anywhere from 10 to 500 animals each, and also into rearing of cows ‘ready to sell’ for others to milk. These breeder-farmers are today faced with a sudden demand collapse – sales have plunged to half their levels two months ago – and lower prices for their animals. According to them, freshly-calved two-year-old Holstein cows that are ready for milking, and can give 7,500-8,000 litres over a ten-month lactation cycle, are now selling at Rs 80,000-90,000, compared to Rs 1-1.2 lakh before demonetisation happened. Prices of 18-month-old pregnant heifers have, likewise, fallen from Rs 80,000-90,000 to Rs 60,000-65,000.
“I cannot be selling at these rates, which will just about cover my rearing costs”, notes Jaswinder Singh, who has a 60-animals farm at Gujarpur Khurd village in Banga tehsil of Nawanshahr district and sells 10-12 cows every year. Singh had 10 cows that he was supposed to sell in December, but couldn’t “because no trader came to me and even the ones whom I have contacted say there’s no cash with farmers in other states, who are our ultimate buyers”. He is now left with no option, but to sell the milk from the ‘ready to sell’ cows, which can at least take care of their rearing expenses.
Harbans Singh, too, is stranded with an equal number of cows bred for sale purposes. “I will wait for two more months for prices to improve. Traders have also advised me to hold on till cash returns to the market”, says this 40-animals dairy unit farmer from Kathgarh village in Nawanshahr Balachaur tehsil.
“It’s strange that milk prices are rising, but the rates for our animals are falling. I don’t see milk prices going down because there is a real supply problem that is already evident. At some point, cow prices will also have to catch up and we are living on that hope”, points out Balvir Singh, general secretary of the Ludhiana-based Progressive Dairy Farmers’ Association, who operates a 50-cows dairy farm at Udhowal village in Nawanshahr.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push();
Amarjit Singh, a cattle trader from Chimna village in Ludhiana Jagraon tehsil, pegs the total rearing cost for a two-year-old cow ready for milking at Rs 80,000-85,000. “Farmers normally earn a profit of between Rs 10,000 and Rs 30,000 per cow. That, however, is ruled out at the current prices”, he admits. While there are buyers willing to pay higher rates against cheque payments, breeders are unwilling to accept these. “What if these bounce is what they tell me and I have no answer to that”, he adds.
“For us, this is a twin-blow. The first one came from the gau-rakshaks (self-styled cow protectors). And just when the threat from them was seemingly ebbing, thanks to the dressing down from the Prime Minister himself, we have been delivered a fatal one from notebandi (demonetisation)”, complains Mehar Singh. This trader from Rampur Kaleran village in Bassi Pathana tehsil of Fatehgarh Sahib district, hardly a month back, saw his vehicles transporting 30 heifers to Uttarakhand being impounded by gau-rakshaks. He managed to retrieve them with police intervention – but only after shelling out Rs 15,000.
What remains to be seen is the impact all this could have on India’s milk production. To the extent this takes place, forcing large-scale import of milk powder and butter oil in the days to come, it could well be an unintended outcome of gau-rakshak vigilantism and notebandi.
