INT. DEEP SKY - DAY

Alex grips Michael's waist as he lays him down on a makeshift hospital bed. He turns to head for the door.

ALEX where are you going? MICHAEL I'm not a doctor, Alex. ALEX A doctor isn't what I need.

He lifts his shirt. Michael has to look away.

MICHAEL Then I'll get Max. ALEX I want to be tethered to you.

Michael stares at Alex and then to his once mangled hand.

MICHAEL You know I can't do that. ALEX You're the prince of a goddamn planet. You can do anything.

He takes a deep breath, placing his hand on Alex's heart.

ALEX (CONT ' D) Do it, Michael.

As Michael closes his eyes, memories flood his head. He focuses, letting out the loudest scream of his life. A light EXPLODES above them! With the shards raining down, Michael collapses on to Alex's chest.

As he slowly comes to, Alex lifts his shirt. Michael can't believe his eyes. Now healed, Alex smiles, putting his hands through Michael's curls.

ALEX (CONT' D) Now, it's you who needs a doctor. MICHAEL That's not funny.

Michael smiles as Alex kisses him, excited to be together for rest of their lives...
