-NASSO REDUX-

yup you read that right. I’m redoing the nassos! 

I missed my babies and I never gave them the full development that I wanted to. I’ve learned so much in the last year in editing, how I like to line up my shots and stories and things that I just needed this.

I like taking time and focusing on the little details but I always felt rushed because I wanted validation, I would be obsessively checking for notes and interaction. It would cause me massive burnout and bring on drastic dips in my mental health if I didn’t keep improving. 

For this reason, I’m moving away from tumblr. If you would like to keep up with the story, I’m moving to discord. I’m far more active on there than anywhere else. Send me an ask if you want an invite to the server! Keep in mind that I am 24, my content will rarely have anything nsfw, but it will be 18+ (aka; drugs, alcohol, language) If you are uncomfortable with that, do not join.

I’m undecided if I’ll still post here, but if I do, it will be very slowly and it won’t be updated as frequently as discord. ⚠️ It will be slow on discord too as I’m still setting up everything but I’ll be giving more updates and more “behind the scenes” there ⚠️

‘Flipping Out’ Star Jenni Pulos Has Designs on Selling Her Encino Home

Being the long-suffering executive assistant to mercurial interior designer Jeff Lewis of Bravo’s “Flipping Out” might seem like a nightmare job, but it does have its perks, as Jenni Pulos will tell you.

Pulos has been by Lewis’ side for more than 13 years, and one of those crucial perks was having him design her gorgeous new backyard and pool area, which may be partly responsible for boosting her home’s asking price to $2.1 million.

According to property records, Pulos bought the home in 2015 for $1,650,000. She proceeded on a number of updates, including the Lewis-designed backyard with infinity pool and spa, bocce court, fire pit, grassy play area, terrace, and luxe kitchen with high-end appliances and marble island/bar.

“The backyard feels like a first-class resort, and is amazing for entertaining,” says Chuck Keller of EXP Realty, who is co-listing the property with Doug Rago.

It’s just like Pulos to require a luxe outdoor kitchen. Her family has been in the restaurant trade for decades, having founded the Old Spaghetti Factory chain. Her remodeled kitchen inside the home also reflects her love of the culinary arts, with its rich wood floor, center island with waterfall edge, custom cabinetry, professional appliances including a wine refrigerator, and recipe-planning station.

The house measures 2,908 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The office with fireplace could possibly be turned into the fifth bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are done in cheery pink, and have everything a young girl could ever want or need. Pulos and her husband, Dr. Jonathan Nassos, have two daughters.

The home is located on a gated half-acre lot in Encino, which is also home to other celebrities, including “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, actor Josh Duhamel, and MLB legend Jimmy Rollins, who just set a city pricing record with the purchase of a $10.65 million home.

Befitting a celeb home, eight security cameras monitor the house and grounds. Keller notes that the family love the home, but as they grow, they need more space.

Nasso update!

I’ve been thinking on it for AWHILE, its why I haven’t been posting too much actually!!! But the Nasso’s won’t really be following the garden legacy rules anymore.

I’m gonna be finishing out Zazie’s gen, and the rest of the gens will have some elements from it, as they help me kind of structure what story I want going, but, instead of the ‘legacy’ and ‘gameplay’ vibes I want it to have more... story?? elements. While I have been trying to be more story focused on this blog, I don’t think I’ve really hit the height I wanted to with it, so I’ve been branching into more cc things just bc I want to make sure I get all the little details I want. I don’t want to say it overwhelmed me, but it made me realize how little effort I had been putting in before. I’m still proud of what I produced but I want to make sure my content stays within my standards of what I want on this blog.. which I hope makes sense. ‘-_- 

For now, I have little side things planned, but Nasso's will be on a temporary hiatus of sorts until perhaps January or February? I’ll give a more definite time for you when I have a bit more prepared!! (and just so we’re clear it’s not totally a hiatus bc some of the side things are with...Nasso chars so jdslaf). I can tell you that the path I’m going on will still be the same quirky meme-y vibes my shit normally has, but it will definitely have more.. serious? undertones to it I guess. Truly it’s a jumble of ideas in my head right now but I’m really excited to smooth it out.
