Sorta getting those ship thoughts rn thinking of ship scenarios. Theres one Krisnix scenario I think of that happens like, specifically near the end of the 7yg. Like I think there had have to have been a situation where Phoenix enters Gavin law offices(against Kristophs wishes) and just sees Apollo and/or some random receptionist behind a desk. I think either would be shocked to see Phoenix there he just goes up and asks where Kristoph is and they point to his office with a comically shocked face. Then he goes in where Kristoph sorta just goes “Phoenix what the fuck did you do” with some freaked out look while Phoenix walks up to his desk to look at all his expensive fountain pens. Then I think Phoenix just sorta mumbles the most incoherent thing and grabs Kristophs face(jaw?). But with the most. blank expression. Then they just stare at each other, like they love each other(but also definitely want to gouge each others eyes out). Again, they probably love each other but really weirdly. Meanwhile, Apollo/maybe some receptionist are just at the door trying to listen to as much as they can(they both kinda know that they know they’re listening in). Anyways Kristoph would sorta snap back into a nice superficial voice, loudly thanking Phoenix for coming and to “Leave this for later tonight” and to “Dont hesitate to call me!”. Phoenix just sorta laughs while taking those pens with him(to which Kristoph sneers at him for). As he walks out of his office he’d probably say something all gruff nd over his shoulder like “Thanks Kris, I’ll see you tonight”. They’ll definitely see each other tonight at the Borscht bowl club but it’ll just be less tense and more bitter. I think they’re just funny like that

1. i dont think rachel gets making sure hades is the most powerful and literally controls everything, meanwhile persephone has everyone falling over her and shes never held accountable for anything, is not good writing. even the worst self insert fanfics know to not be that juvenile about making their characters too spoiled and OP. theres no stakes in this beyond what, demeter doesnt like hades? persephone might not be able to breed with him?

2. Hum. I'm not paying to see the new chapter but I want to say something: can we say LO shit on Psyche's myth too?

In the original, they had miscommunication to overcome but stay.together, in LO...Eros knows so lil about Psyche that even when she is under his nose...he.can't see her.

3. I really don’t like how rachel portrayed the characters in this story because half of what she’s says isn’t even true, like with Apollo she made him so bad and hate-able when in the true mythology he was very loved and respected. And don’t get me started how she made Zeus and Heras relationship bad like don’t get me wrong there’s still that toxic sense of cheating but I’m the real myth they truly loved each other. And that she made Herâ cheat on Zeus with Hades when that never happened like I feel like she shouldn’t have even used the Greek characters in this story it’s too far from the real myths. Sorry if I was rambling

4. One thing that I've been wondering forever now: where is Hypnos? Him and Thanatos are twins, yet Thanatos hasn't mentioned him at all. Idk maybe it's because I'm desperate for some twin rep but man I whished that dynamic was used in LO (then again, there are already too many characters and relationships going on LO so maybe I dodged a bullet there lol )

5. ok but if the underworld is the only place with the lawyers and stuff, then?? what stakes are there in the trial??? why hype it up as this big deal then automatically underplay it of "oh dont worry, hades controls all the laws anyway! she'll be fine!"?? so what conflict is there if persephone has all the best at her disposal? what threat is zeus to her? i get rachel doesnt want her self insert to suffer and everyone is evil is they go against her, but this is not how you write conflict at all.

6. In new ep one of reporters said that perephone is in her "signature white color", so first of all since persephone is so not well known that almost everybody didnt know her or that she existed how people know what her signature color is? And why white?

7. I really dont understand why she had to make it the ONLY law school when she couldve just made it the most prestigious one in all the realms. It just sounds ridiculous.

oh??? wasnt it in later tellings that the achilles heel came into play? i always thought that the early tellings of the rage of achilles was that he was just A Super Gorgeous Super Talented Warrior guy. apollo guided the arrow so that simply it wouldnt miss, or rather that achilles wouldnt dodge it lmao. imo i think the heel doesnt really matter it's just we take it as a personal offense that thetis Really Did That because it's part of our pop culture lmao!!

there’s probably a few different versions out there, and I’m not going to act like I’m a classics expert but I grew up knowing the “achilles got dipped in the river styx” version, so y’all can pick and choose how y’all want to interpret them i guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bird court story time:

I feel like after the events of SOJ and its established that Apollo is living in khura’in now

he must have at some point went to go retrieve Mikeko and maybe even Vongole from his apartment with his stuff

so just imagine 

Apollo secretly coming to pick up his animals while trying to dodge everyone 

because he already said his goodbyes 

and his not quite goodbyes to some people he doesnt wish to see

prosecutor Gavin

so just picture

Apollo at the airport

in an elevator with Nahyuta

with mikeko and vongole 

and in the distance Apollo sees Klavier coming towards the elevator 

and he starts  jamming the close door button as fast as he can handle

because he doesn’t wanna have this conversation 

and vongole starts barking 

because she sees Klavier like

its you !!!!!!!

and of course Klavier looks up just as the door is starting to close 

so all he can see is Nahyuta, his brothers old dog, and apollo’s cat 

Nahyuta asks Apollo why he is avoiding Prosecutor Gavin

and Apollo is just

“he keeps being weird about stuff and I cant handle it right this moment”

which is Apollo for: “Help. I think I need an adult”

So the rest of the the time before boarding the plane is just Nahyuta hiding Apollo from Klavier 

and being really cryptic about whether or not Apollo is with him at the airport or if he just came to get Apollos family and possessions, since Apollo is practically an officer of diplomacy in khura’in

and he is needed there 100% of the time

and its just

Nahyuta awkwardly trying to shoo prosecutor Gavin away like

“Apollo is a very busy man and doesn’t have time for idle chatter right now in his life:so unless its something critically important it would be best for you to just let it go and move on”

And Klavier feels personally attacked

like how dare you

interrupt our awkward entanglement 

of things we are never going to discuss properly

without some kind of miracle

because Apollo is a human discomfort detector and this conversation is too uncomfortable to have 

so after Nahyuta successfully shoos him away 

and they are all on their way to Khura’n 

Nahyuta looks over at Apollo

and is just

“Why is he like that??”

and Apollo is just 

“I really dont know”
