A-Lone Boy getting the (notsobig)band Back Together
I loved getting to play with the guys back at The Daffodil, felt good to be back on stage as a trio rocking a familiar stage and also A-Lone Boy finally got itself a more definitive band arrangement! with Harry able to play bass and Tom back on drums we kicked it up a notch and rocked out that night

I am really happy with how the sound is going with this Strokes vibe and am looking forward to getting it recorded for the next record
Big thank you to all the lovely folks at The Daffodil for looking after us so nicely and making sure we were all nourished and well looked after - I have never had a whole teapot with fresh lemon and a ‘milk-mug’ filled with honey before! Perfect soothing for a three set night!
Gloria’s strings are still a little iffy so I definitely need to get her to a Luthier soon, she lost another one that night which meant I had to play some of the other songs (including ‘A-Lone Boy’) on BB my hollowbody, which actually made for a great change. Sounded great one songs like ‘Flame’ and ‘Spark’ too
All in all another great show and lots of fun to be back playing with the guys!

in other news, I had a great Birthday on the beach flying my kite and eating my amazing hidden piano keys guitar cake!
