i made my dentist appointment 😩

#lowkey keep thinking about all the things that could be wrong w my mouth #cavities and root canals needed for allll my teeth #or tmj has completely eroded my jawbone and I need surgery!! #ooh or advanced gum disease and all my tooths need to be ripped out so they can put in dentures 😅 #logically I know there probably aren't that many things wrong but I don't know for sure #AND i haven't ever had anything other than cleanings and baby tooth extractions (plus wisdom teeth) #so idk what to expect #i haven't been to a dentist since 2007 😞 #last I heard i desperately needed braces but my mom didn't want to pay for them #soooo i didn't get them #and I live in shame ever since #shame and eternal fear #very glad to make an appointment for myself and not one of the cats though!!
