Plot twist, Romanadvoratreludnar IS the shortened version of Romana’s name. And Fred is in it somewhere. I love how Gallifreyans have stupidly long names like Quencessetianobayolocaturgrathadadeyyilungbarrowmas. I also have a headcanon that their names get longer as they get older to reflect new marriages, achievements and events in their lives. What do you think of that?

Yes I think having a whole arc focusing on the Doctor's name was a bit silly. I don't mind the mystery itself but to make a whole arc of it is silly. We wouldn't be able to pronounce it anyway, Gallifreyans have very long names like Romanadvoratreludnar or even Quencessetianobayolocaturgrathadadeyyilungbarrowmas, so it wouldn't be worth looking into anyway.
