meet NISHANT DOSHI

Hey, isn’t that NISHANT DOSHI. I thought they went away for the summer? Did you hear they might be A WEREWOLF, and have a connection to THE SLOUGH PACK? What I do know for certain is that they’re 34, and they’re RESOURCEFUL and SUSPICIOUS. They’re originally from FENRIRSWOOD living in FENWAY. I wonder if they still work at THE LITTLE DUCK AS A BARTENDER. Best if they stay safe for now.

Nishant would call himself a local, despite having been born in some small village in Gujarat, India. His parents moved to the UK when he was only four, intent on getting their son a good education and future. He worked to be seen as the perfect son, knowing how hard his parents worked to ensure he could go study at some prestigious university - they had always dreamt of Oxford. He would ensure he got a scholarship of some form, so all the money his parents had saved up could be used for them instead. He became a swimming champion, traveling all over the UK for matches. He got the highest marks, just shy of ending top of his class, and he did charity work where he could.

But none of it was ever his own decision, and as he grew older, guilt and shame over other things were harboured in his heart. He loved boys, something he was determined to keep hidden from his parents, and on his seventeenth birthday, when he and his friends were hanging out in the forests behind his home, he got bitten. On the brick of death, Nishant almost confessed to that which he knew his parents could never accept, but he didn’t want that to be the last thing they knew. He survived, was taken in by the Fenrir Pack, and continued life as was decided by his parents. Studying Economics at Oxford University, a Master in Accountancy at home, and earned lots and lots of money after graduation.

Content with where their son was in his life, his parents moved back home. Soon as they did, Nishant quit his job, quit the Fenrir pack, started as a bartender, and joined the Slough Pack. He was going to do what he wanted to do now. And while still doing some accountancy just to keep the money coming, he felt like he was a little more in control of his own life.

He’s kind, warm-hearted, conscious of other people’s needs, and determined to stop people from spreading the curse of the bite further. Underneath his appearance however, Nishant hides intense resentment.

meet NOLAN KEENE.

Hey, isn’t that NOLAN KEENE. I thought they went away for the summer? Did you hear they might be a WEREWOLF, and have a connection to SLOUGH PACK? What I do know for certain is that they’re 37, and they’re DETERMINED and ABRASIVE. They’re originally from FENRIRSWOOD, and have been back to FENRIRSWOOD for FIVE YEARS living in FORK’S ROAD. I wonder if they still work at WIN GARAGE as a MECHANIC. Best if they stay safe for now.

Born and raised in Fenrirs Wood, Nolan was always a vicious kid. Hands full of blood and soil, and knees grazed in the dirt. An uncontrollable temper, the boy never quite knew how to keep just words to himself. Nolan’s father would teach him to hunt when he could hold a gun. While he would prefer fists and antagonised violence over a trophy at the end of the day, he’d still enjoy his time in the forests that backed onto their house. He’d start spending more and more of his free time out there, staring up to birds scattering in the trees, it became easy to pretend he’s in a grave when no one else was around.

It was the same year his father dies that Nolan got bitten, running around in the woods with his gun brandished as if he was chasing something. Really it was just fun to point and chase. Maybe the rumours made him wonder if there was something human beneath all of it. He knew he was never going to shoot, he was only ever good at antagonising.

His father died due to a ‘hunting accident’, at least that’s what the authorities ended up labelling it as. But gossip would still stain the family name. Nolan Keene’s name.

Restless teen, got in with the wrong crowd. Maybe he was the wrong crowd. Hard to tell which way around that was. Young, dumb, reckless, the ripe age of twenty-one when Nolan was already a trouble to the pack. Fenrir pack might have turned him, they might have been the ones that took him in, but he was nothing more than sharp teeth and a hot head. They’d end up kicking him out after years of trouble, nothing engrained his resentment more than that betrayal of abandoning him. That was when he’d join Slough. When he found out his mother was being evicted from her home. He helps the only way he knows how- by putting himself on the line.

He travels a couple states, robs a few banks. The third one too many things went wrong in the lead up and well, he got caught. His mother moved from Fenrirs Wood anyway.

Nolan serves nine years in prison, the council of Fenrirs Wood is concerned what a werewolf being locked up might do to their secret. For the sake of the town, they do what they can to keep Nolan’s shifts at bay while he’s away. They put a curse on him the day he goes in, unable to shift into his werewolf form but it’s still there inside him. Every part of him only grew to ache and more restlessness. He has been back in Fenrirs Wood for the last five years. Got a job at the mechanics, and is only more restless than the day he left.

meet ROXANNE “ROXY” ALLEYNE

Hey, isn’t that ROXANNE "ROXY" ALLEYNE. I thought they went away for the summer? Did you hear they might be a WITCH, and have a connection to HEL COVEN? What I do know for certain is that they’re 29, and they’re LOYAL and IRRESPONSIBLE. They’re originally from BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS, and have been in FENRIRSWOOD for 20 YEARS living in SUNE'S HARBOUR. I wonder if they still work at HORIZON STUDIO as a DANCE TEACHER. Best if they stay safe for now.

- Roxanne was given up for adoption the moment she was brought into the world. Her mother realised she was not capable of caring for a child, and only wanted what was best for her. However, it took a while for her to finally come to a family who she got along with, and who were able to put up with her.

- She knew quite early on she was not like other kids. She had a connection with the elements she couldn't quite explain, and it wasn't until she was in high school she learned of what she was. She learned to deal with her powers through her adoptive mother who was also a witch.

- After her adoptive mother's passing 6 years ago, Roxy took it upon herself to continue studying to become the best witch she could possibly be. She often consults the other members of the Hel Coven for help if she's stuck.

- Roxy is crazy loyal, and considers her coven her friends and to some degree family. She's generally very laid back and doesn't go out looking for trouble, but if it finds her she will fight. Along with working as a dance teacher, she sometimes volunteers at the local animal shelters to keep herself busy, but also because she really loves animals.

meet JOEL EDGAR ROJAS.

Hey, isn’t that JOEL EDGAR ROJAS. I thought they went away for the summer? Did you hear they might be a WEREWOLF and are SECOND IN COMMAND to FENRIR PACK? What I do know for certain is that they’re 33, and they’re DETERMINED and SHORT-TEMPERED. They’re originally from FENRIRSWOOD living in SUNE’S HARBOUR. I wonder if they still work at FENRIR POLICE STATION as a FORENSIC SCIENTIST. Best if they stay safe for now.

He comes from a large family and has always known about the curse of the werewolves because his father was part of the main pack. According to his father, their family has a long history of werewolves who used to be involved in the now illegal practice of turning their family members. It was due to this history that when Joel and his brother were accidentally bitten by his father during the full moon that an investigation took place to determine whether it too had been on purpose or if it truly was an accident. The results were inconclusive and luckily, Joel survived despite his young age. He'd only been fourteen when he'd been bitten. His older brother, Gabriel, had not been so lucky and died a few days after the attack. Stricken by this grief, he refused to join the pack and resolved to endure the burden of being a werewolf on his own.

In his youth, he had a sweet and secret budding relationship with Nishant. Joel's family always encouraged and accepted him for who he was, so felt confident in his desire to go public with Nishant but it was not mutual. Their breakup was incredibly heartbreaking for Joel and it was the cause of a lot of grief and torment for him. One unfortunate full moon after their messy breakup, Joel had turned while his thoughts were focused on Nishant and how hurt he was, had found him camping in the woods with friends and attacked him and severely wounded him. When he regained awareness, Joel found out what he'd done and deeply regretted it. Since then he's been especially careful so he wouldn't accidentally hurt anyone again.

This prompted him to join the pack alongside his father and grew up with the guidance and influence of older werewolves. He did his part where he could to help the younger and newly turned werewolves as they made themselves known and studied hard so he could get a job at the police station to continue aiding the pack in maintaining a level of secrecy for their members. He is practical and has a no-nonsense attitude. The werewolf gene in him causes him to be a bit short-tempered but he's rarely cruel for no reason.

I wonder if they still work at RUE BOTANICALS as a CHEMIST & MANAGER. Best if they stay safe for now.

Kareem was born to Neesa and Amir Baksh, two well-known and cherished townsfolk, both within and outside the witch community. He'd always been deemed as miracle child, due the fact that his parents had been trying to conceive for a while, but with no success. He has two adoptive siblings, one older and the other younger than him.

To young Kareem, Fenrir's Wood was all there was in the world. It was tight-knit community with strong friendships they’d cultivated throughout the years, not to mention, a place that encouraged them to be the best one out there whenever he was in a football field. The crowd’s cheers have always been music to their ears and it was something they would never give up on. People knew who they were, they called out their name on the streets to say hello, kids their age befriended them with ease and life was perfectly fine as it was. Due to his parents’ influence in town, Kareem had always felt this sort of pressure to excel in everything, especially in school. They were the perfect ‘golden boy’ as some people would refer to them back then, because not only, they were great playing football, but they also excelled in school.

His family owns some businesses in town, including Coffeekanteen and one of Fenrir's Wood’s most popular shops: Rue Botanicals; a place that for the last forty years has been making bodycare products on demand, with a touch of magic on them to cater to each customer’s needs. And there, was where Kareem was brought up. They were taught how everything worked around the shop and even served costumers as a summer job, but their priority back then had always been football.

On their last year of secondary school, they were scouted to play for some teams across England. They chose to leave home and play for Leicester City's starting team, where they promised Kareem glory, fame and all of those fancy words that would make an ambitious teenager unable to say no to, and that would, hopefully make them grow and end up in their heart's team: Arsenal. It was all working out too well for them, no promises were broken on the team’s part, but during one of their games right at the end of that year’s football season, Kareem had a terrible accident that took them out of that year’s games and putting a serious question-mark on his promising career.

After learning that they wouldn’t be able to play football at his fullest anymore due to a serious lesion on their knee’s ligaments, Kareem fell into a depressive state, which brought them back home to Fenrir's Wood. It took him a lot of support from his friends and family, not to mention, psychological treatment to get back on their two feet. They went back to university, finding a home in their second passion: science. They studied and graduated suma cum laude in both Chemistry and Biology while also working for his family’s shop as a part-timer.

They now works as a chemist and is the current manager of Rue Botanicals. On slow days, they can be easily found sipping on a cup of coffee and eating a freshly baked good at Coffeekanteen, where one of his siblings works. His mother is currently the city's mayor, which sometimes bring some tension to his shoulders, in expectancy to be an exemplary progeny. Especially after leaving the Saga Coven and finding a new home in the Hel Coven due to pure affinity with the coven’s beliefs.

The change has rocked his relationship with his parents a little, but in the surface, Neesa and Amir act like it doesn’t bother them both. They also volunteers at the local primary school as the football coach of the girls’ team, which is where his niece goes to.
