Yesterday marked my one year of working at this awesome place. Love the people, souls, and clients of @shapehouse. 🏡 Yep, I actually love my “side job.” Which can be rare when you’re a performing artist. But I am passionate about what sweating has done for me personally—in my muscle recovery as a dancer and in my glowing skin as an actor. 💃🏻💁🏻‍♀️ I can’t recommend it enough.
