⛈Storm Activities⛈
Storms can be comforting, but also scary to many littles! Here I’ve made a lost of activities for littles to do whilst its storming, and also added some ways to feel better if storms are scary!
1. Build a pillow/blanket fort! Forts are a fun, effective way to pass time, and you can fill it with your plushies after! Maybe you can take a nap, watch a movie, or listen to music while inside! 2. Color or play video games while listening to music, a podcast, or a movie/show! I recommend games like Animal Crossing, Pokemon, etc. 3. If you have the correct items, bake something! Cookies and brownies are easy to bake, though make sure to be careful with the oven! 4. If the rain slows down, go splash in puddles! Be sure to wear a raincoat and boots though! 5. Puzzles! You can find a ton online if you don’t have any in person! 6. If you have a caregiver, play games with them! Board games, video games, whatever you want!
Now, a lot of littles find storms more comforting then fun. Here’s some tips to calm down if you get scared from the storms!
1. Draw or write! Let your hand do whatever it wants, and let those big feelings out! Words and art a good way to express that! 2. Cuddle and talk to your plushies! They’re always there for you, and talking to them can help! This can work with pets too! 3. Listen to music, a podcast, a movie/show, or whatever you prefer. This can be great to drown out thunder! 4. Read! It can be really relaxing, especially if you have music with you to block out noise. Bedtime stories always worked best for me, but do whatever works for you! 5. Take a nap, or go to bed if its dark out. Simply sleeping can be very comforting, but if you can’t sleep, then listening to white noise may help! Melatonin can also, but take it in moderation and only one or two, depending on what the box says. 6. If you have a caregiver, talk, cuddle, or just hang out with them. They’ll be happy to help calm you down!

Since pacis aren't really a thing I'm necessarily sure about I figured ring pops would be a nice substitute that doesn't arouse suspicion with unknowing family members. My mom also got them for me after I told her "I just like them and used to adore them when I got them for Halloween".
Little me practically jumped out when I got the bag. XD
The flavors are blueberry, cherry, purpleberry, and watermelon. :D

Discreet Regression Advice Many kiddos/pets/dreamers, much like me, prefer to regress in secret! I wanted to share some tips that have always helped me keep my regression comfortable and discreet! 1. If you don’t have access to pacis, then ringpops are a great alternative! And there are lots of sour pacifier pops out there! If you prefer teethers instead, then hard candy/scones/biscuits are a good substitute! 2. Collectibles are your friends!! I personally collect squishmallows and squishies, but there are a ton of plushies, squishies, rubber ducks, etc out there that are collectible! That way, there isnt much suspicion if you have them, as you can say your a collector! 3. Disney, Pixar, Studio Ghibli, and Sailor Moon are all good ways to watch kids shows and movies without raising a lot of suspicion, since you can say its a good anime, or if its Disney, Pixar, and Studio Ghibli, you can say your just checking out the new films! And if you pet regress, nature documentaries are really nice! 4. Overalls, skirts, bright and soft colors, etc are all pretty easy to wear without suspicion, as you can say you just like the style! 5. Water bottles can feel like sippies, and they dont draw any suspicion! You can even decorate them with stickers and stuff! 6. Music can really help! Playing soft music, Disney songs, Animal Crossing songs, etc tend to help me, and no one seems to notice, especially if you wear headphones. 7. Adult coloring books! They can give you lots of enjoyment without the suspicion! And there’s lots that arent super detailed! 8. If you pet regress, then nature documentaries, going outside, blankets, and vegetables/fruits/animal shaped crackers can help! Obviously this changes from animal to animal, so do whatever works for you! 9. And most importantly: Regress in a way that works for YOU! I regress this way, and these tips wont help everyone! No regression is the same, and all regression is valid! Feel free to add onto this!
