the long awaited (by me i didn’t like the old one) four swords leo redeisgn :) this is a bit later when he’s more healed cause i ddint wanna draw the crutches lmao

gonna ramble abt my thought process under the cut if people are interested

first idea when redesigning was to incorporate his canon gear into it cause he DOES still have that.

he put pieces of fabric with his brother’s colors on hi belt thing as a reminder of home. in a similar vein, he wears his mask around his wrist as a bracelet cause he doesn’t like wearing it when his brothers aren’t around to match w him

for the actual clothes, i wanted to try to imitate the style of clothes in neo edo? unsure of how successful i was with that. i thought he’d choose smth similar to the robe he wears in lair games cause this guy is fighting for ANY sense of familiarity. he then tried to sew on the hamato symbol. being a medic, the stitches themself r pretty good but the symbol is a little fucked cause he’s never done anything like that. it’s the thought that counts!

I'm assuming we all have the same opinion, but Ichiros speakers suck 😑 blegh... like they are super boring and have little to nothing related to him... I have a post about it, but new speakers for ichiro 2021!! Mmmm I really dont like it, the colors are egh, it doesnt have something particularly shocking so 😴😴 idk about new ones: a tv maybe (you watch anime in those), a light novel, specific anime related things...

Jiro

Ok, like let's all admit it, it's pretty tame nothing to crazy; i do like it tho. Like all the things in the drums, the BB logo!! Is fun how both ichi and him have it but not saburo (I think) Super cute, I also like the guitars and all that. The fact that its pretty empty, is both a con and a pro; like nothing much too look at, but that makes it easy on the eyes. Besides its a nice reminder that Jiro likes to play the guitar which I dont always remember (sry 😅)

Saburo

I really like saburos, definitely not my favorite, but It's very nice. I honestly like how chaotic and mean saburo can be; which is why i think the organ is a very good choice. After all, like we all know organs are super dramatic and they make very deep noices (as far as I know, lmao) which contrasts with the  light tones in his voice; also since they are so big and grandiose I feel like it goes well with saburos god complex. Also it takes a lot of space which saburo doenst really do bc hes small and a kid. Anyways very nice ;)

Samatoki

Jejeje, I looove samatokis speakers. I'm not gonna lie, it can be so silly and corny sometimes; like it's so over the top and it's so fucking big!!! Nonetheless, I like it. The blue really creates a great contrast with samatokis grey-ish palette, and I think that a giant fucking skull grabbing a coffin is very samatoki. Still, super space taking, and I would like if the speakers had something bigger to do w samatoki apart from the name.

Jyuto

(What's with me and not giving jyuto clear scores, lmao) ok so like 50/50 on his speakers, bc I guess it's nice, I find it a lil funny; specifically if you think about the Yokohama Walker remix, so loud!!! Still, very egh; like it makes sense on the police topic, but PLEASE something else would be nice. Also the clusterfuck of megaphones looks a lil ugly. Besides it bring little to no contrast to jyutos palette, like girl he is already black and red.

Rio

.... Rio is my absolute beloved, but.... the speakers are very uncool, umm the shape is egh, I dont like the concept that much, it's also stupidly big... not my biggest pick. It looks cool sometimes, but the previously said points really dont do it for me.
