#i can go all summer and winter w/o getting them but when we get weird fast changing weather in spring/fall I get them like almost every week #i AM thankful that mine only last a day though #i know a few people who have them for days on end it must be terrible #if anyone following me also gets migraines pro tip take a shower #the hot water pelting your head helps relieve the headache for a little while especially if the migraine is making your sinuses swell too #it doesn’t completely make it go away like it’ll come back but it’s nice having some respite
