Trying to enjoy the interesting and lore-rich world of Forspoken while avoiding thinking about how it’s most likely never going to be explored or expanded or touched upon ever again 🙃

#the fact that EVERY item every animal every crafting resource every fucking CAT TOY has lore attached to it- #they didn’t have to do that!! #there was so much love and time clearly put into every single lore detail in this game #you’re not just picking random grass or flowers you can read all about the species’ traits and how the corruption of the land has altered- #-the DNA and properties of those plants (and animals and even ROCKS) #and don’t even get me started on the cat logs…I read those all out loud to my family I love them so much #the cat that had to fill in as a judge and they had to throw out most of his rulings bc they were found to be Biased… #the librarian one who keeps getting stuck on tall stacks of books…the harpist who needs a special booster seat so he can play… #trying to enjoy it all for what it is and not for what it Could have been 😭
