It was a good panel. The questions needed pre-approval so there were no awkward questions. This was good because for once no one mentioned the old kilt story😬. Sam is much more used to these types of events now. I saw him at his first Con in 2015 and I remember how carefree he was. Today, carelessness is calculated. He gives interesting answers, but always tries to put a joke at the end of everything. I found it interesting that he said he cried during the reading circle, when he heard the song ... It was a powerful moment for him and I can imagine how much it will hurt to say goodbye to Jamie Fraser. Yes, he talked about Caitríona being a director in the two private meetings and on the panel. Apparently nobody asked, but he made sure to include it. I took our photo from 2015 to him to autograph and his smile reminded me of the same smile he gave when he saw the sign we held for that photo. He wrote a thank you, in my native language before signing it. My gift, a Dad Jokes book, was also very well received. He was dressed normally (jeans and polo shirt), he didn't seem rushed, he took time for everyone during the private events, autographs and in the numerous photo sessions. A friend who went to Whiskey Taste said it was very good, very professional.

First, about the book: he likes the posts on a page with Dad Jokes, Sophie and Nic often say that this is the kind of joke he makes, so are you worried because I, a simple fan, gave him a book on the subject? That says more about your beliefs than mine. And about the gift for Caitríona, he could have said "sorry, but I can't take it to her", yet he said he would give it to Cait (it's not the first time, he's taken things to her before). November. Yesterday, Starzzzzzz released the premiere date for the second part of the seventh season, as if the interval between the first and second had been just three or six months. They did not publish any justification or apology. Starzzzzzz's disregard for Outlander fans is nothing new and portrays well what one side of the fandom (chosen as a scapegoat) has been feeling for years, only this time misfortune came for everyone. Well, we're talking about a company that in the year 2024 still thinks that focusing on the female audience means exposing males as an available piece of meat. A company that keeps Outlander in its catalog for so long because it knows that's what makes a profit. There is no concern about quality of interactions or consideration for the public. But the interesting thing about this is that it seems that only our side of the fandom has noticed this... for years. The other segments always resigned themselves to the crumbs offered and always criticized us for complaining about the lack of publicity and interaction. They thought we did it just because we wanted to watch S&C videos, photos or interviews together; They accused us of mixing fiction with reality, but in reality we were always demanding the basics. It's impossible that Starzzzzz's eternal apologists have never noticed over the years how other companies treat their customers on hiatus and how Starzzzzzz treats Outlander fans.

The fact that Starzzzzzz behaves in the most unprofessional way possible is nothing new for us. Who remembers another entertainment company whose CEO uses interviews or social media to talk about actors' private lives or incite hatred against a specific group of customers? It's interesting to see now, how some of the people who applauded him at the time (even though it was totally unprofessional), are angry because they will have to wait for something, without any plausible justification. I really hope that these people who consider themselves the best fans ever, practically members of the Starzzzzz family, have finally realized that they are just consumers. LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

I don't know if anyone will ever be able to overcome that Anon, not even the Cait Only who said on Twitter that they were using T as Sam's body double because of the pandemic. Regarding SIS and SHW, you certainly have no contact with any of them, and that's why you decided to say this nonsense. Always keep one thing in mind, Anon: Some people have seen things you haven't seen, know things you don't know, and perceive things your mind can't reach. Today I was thinking, if I were a famous person, I would probably be too busy to research what fans say about me. I could even read some comments on my posts, but I certainly wouldn't have the time (or desire) to scour Tumblr. I find it interesting that SC do this. And we know what they do because S said it clearly in an interview a while ago "they'll be talking about it on Tumblr tomorrow." And C cited several elements found in Tumblr posts in the VF article. And, despite monitoring Tumblr, the two don't mention posts made in the Valley of the Shadow of Death... it is as if what was posted there, even though it was evidence of Stalker, hater and invasion of privacy, didn't bother them. This, in my opinion, raises a big flag... why monitor what our side posts? Why bother so much with what we think, if we are just fans, like so many other fans on Tumblr, in so many other fandons? Does anyone know another celebrity who is so invested in what their fans post on Tumblr? I don't .

The first reason is because I know how it ends. I know Purvileia is excited because since Abbie she hasn't been able to link him to a woman in the UK, but even Abbie we know how it all unfolded.

Sam created and encouraged two major excuses for not having a relationship: a busy schedule and paternal abandonment. He can use these excuses together or separately to justify ending what never began or existed whenever necessary.

What amuses me about this whole story is not the Antis' new ship (it must be tiring for them to change ships every two weeks), but the fact that Purvileia's followers don't realize how easily she lies. I'll explain: remember the statement she made saying that she would be out indefinitely because of serious eye problems and would only post something again if she had any evidence? Well, suddenly a miracle happened, she is cured... about only posting when there was evidence: what evidence?

In my opinion, T has two main roles in this whole circus: protecting Cait from harassers and providing proof she can be nominated for a good performance in Outlander, since anyone who watches her interviews with her co-star can conclude there is something there, something much more intimate than a work relationship.

You have a great point. Even in 2015, a good friend always said that she feared Cait's vulnerability in an environment full of toxic masculinity (with guys like Weinstein). This friend said Tony would be a reference figure since Sam couldn't be openly with her. The point about Outlander and acting also makes sense, I think many who judge these awards don't go in depth looking at context and acting, they just do superficial research.
