#to let go of her past deeds and abstain from wrong doing as an equally important figure (a martyr they all were. at least supposedly)
Text
i dont know why but i let sahba and anna live
#i do know#but im not sure its for the best of reasons anymore#aspity in the end was jealous of clara for not being a martyr herself#feeling trapped in midst the needs of the kin#and anna would want the same#to let go of her past deeds and abstain from wrong doing as an equally important figure (a martyr they all were. at least supposedly)#i suddenly feel bad for having left them behind#the town thrives and they are both still carrying on#but at what cost ?#i knew the saburovs would die sooner or later#if you can no longer rely on your roles you might as well go#so i couldnt choose them either#but stakh and grigory were already settled. oyun too#the aristocrats didnt feel needed no longer#yulia would be more than willing to give up her own life#lara as well. though both would do so not for selfless reasons#not at all#oyun and stakh were already decided upon#there was no turning back#i wish i could have kept the saburovs close#but much like many connections and deeds in this path#such a dynamic needed to be severed in order for the story to develop itself and clara be finally made to move on and evolve#it was such a difficult choice#and i chose sahba for her direct ties to artemy#thinking that maybe thats what she would have wanted#but that one last revelation made me regret it instantly#and anna. i plainly wanted to see her cycle of self loathing go on#i think that this character out all others is the most complex#she is simple in her antics and mentality#but what lays in how her path intersects with the others is more than enough to make you question the basis of morality as a whole
