im so tired of having to go back to work. i very badly want to be paid 20% more and go in one less day a week. just one more day a week to take care of myself and get an appropriate amount of sleep.

#like the amount of work im getting done is stinted by my lack of sleep #the lack of sleep makes it hard to play games the next day to relax #the need to squeeze that tiny bit of gameplay time out of every day means i cant exercise / get out to play disc golf #which means im gaining weight and getting really sedentary which makes it feel worse to get up and go to work when theres self care to do #which causes the circle to continue #i just want 4 day workweeks bruh we deserve better #theres so many industries that have figure out that 4 day workweeks are just better #but we cant all have them. sigh. #tomorrow im gonna have to go in no shower againnnnnn ughhh #actuallyblogging
