I saw talk of a Tron Uprising pitch bible that was leaked, but the archive.org link was taken down... does anyone have an alternate link?

I never realized the exact time line of Uprising. Like, I knew it was after the Purge, but I thought it was the Grid-equivalent of years afterwards. Not immediately after the Purge.
I wish that was slightly more apparent in the show, but that sets a whole new weight to the first few episodes, especially with Cutler's experience in the ISO war. The ISOs were just murdered, that's still a fresh wound!

I know we were all freaking out about Beck being seventeen, but can I just point out Paige is too?? And she's a field commander!? Like damn girl

We finally have an answer! Flynn was helping the uprising at this point!
Also I would have killed for an arc where Beck meets Flynn

I think this makes the 'Scars' arc more painful for Beck and Tron, knowing explicitly that this is what Tron was preaching. Only to ignore his own teachings out of revenge.

I love that Paige has this page long description about her character and then after that Pavel's is just:

I'm really curious what caused them to change the name of the city from 'Argo' to 'Argon'. I always thought the name 'Argon' was referencing the periodic table of elements (since there is also a city in Uprising named Bismuth, another element).
Also why I named other cities I made up after the chemical elements
Is 'Argo' based on the ship from the Greek story of Jason and the Argonauts? Since the city is on the edge of the sea?

I really love this tidbit of Grid theology (greology?)

I kinda wish they had kept this backstory. To me I feel like it merges into the plot more, and while I do loves how the finished arc explores xenophobia and how it unfolds in Paige, I think it would have been interesting to show this messiness of war.
Also this fear of abandonment...oh, from an angst writer stance that is so good. She is stuck in this cycle of Tesler's expectations and his snide comments when things go wrong or she doesn't meet expectations because he's her family and she doesn't want him to abandon her. And because of the manipulation, she's come so far, but what is she if this ever falls apart or she comes to realize exactly what Tesler is doing to her.
If that had stuck with that fear, I think that would have made us feel for Paige a lot more in "Rendezvous". Because she took a gamble to do the right thing, and through betrayal and lies, her worst fear comes true as Tesler abandons her to the Games.

This makes sense considering Beck's 'no derezzing' rule.
I can also think of a couple different examples of Beck using his wits over brute strength in the finished product:
-Using a bomb to block off the tunnels before the bomb went off in order to get everyone out of the path of destruction
-Using a ship to hit the mind control tower
Even when you think about his fighting style, a lot of it is based on defense. Very rarely is he the first one to attack or lash out (and I think that is one reason many people could tell that Beck wasn't wearing the Renegade suit at the beginning of "No Bounds")

This part really reminds me of the 82 film.

I wonder what made the creators decide to go from this to Bartik and Hopper starting off as Occupation sympathizers
