First of all, i think its such a cool method about disinfecting and killing microbes, especially with the use of UV lamps that give off a cool purple glow. I thought of this idea a few years ago, of having an underground facility purely lit with black lights, but needed an accuse as to why people are living under these lights - and finding out what these lamps can do, i had to incorporate it somehow.
