I do wonder how workplace safety would be different in a world that has people with stuff like long ears and horns

#like; some job sites require headphones due to loudness. But kassitarians and cervitarians #cant wear headphones because of their ear shapes (and horns for some cervis) #so would kassis and cervis just not be able to work there? Would that count as job discrimination?? #Do barsatarians in athletics need specially tailored mouth guards? #would tartatarians need like anti-sunglasses for low-light work settings?
