A universe where a little sugar glider made a wish to Prismo that the Mushroom War never happened.

The year takes place in late 1980 (or) early 90’s, where the mushroom war that was supposed to happen never came. In fact, as if over night, the countries were able to settle their quarrels, even if it lead to a temporary truce that might prevent the inevitable for another decade or two. (Hint hint)

The main focus would be in a foreign university where some of the versions of the Ooo characters are human (or animal), and are either students, staff, of residents that live by the university.
